Never going back there again. I bought my tires there and have trusted them since to do my oil changes and rotation. This last time was the final straw though. I did have to wait about 2 hours for the oil change and rotation which was no big deal, BUT then while my car is on the lift, this guy calls me up to tell me that I need a new serpentine belt because mine is cracking (which it was NOT because it IS new) and that I am low on brake fluid and it needs to be flushed as well (which was not true after I checked at home). I said no and sat back down. Well then I get my car back and while paying, I see a lug nut sitting next to my paperwork. Apparently the tech said it was stripped or messed up. Annoying but ok whatever. Oh, then he happens to mention that the tech couldn't reset my oil life and left it... for me to do. So I run over to Advance to get a new lug nut and it turns out that the nut AND the stud were both completely destroyed. Thanks Tires Plus for the $111 repair I had to pay for at Maxie Price.
Several days later I noticed something hanging down from under my drivers side fender.. got down for a closer look and the whole underside of my fender is completely destroyed. On my kind of car, this happens when the car is jacked or lifted improperly. THAT would explain the idiot behind the counter telling me how much trouble he had getting the lifts under my car. NOW, thanks Tires Plus for a $350 fender replacement (luckily I found a used one).

Never, ever will this place see me or my Saturn Sky again.

I would highly caution people about going here. I used to love this place, was a regular, and ALWAYS highly recommended them. However, one day I was told I needed a new CV boot. They wanted to charge me around $300 to replace one CV boot & front axle on a standard car. I had remembered going to another place that specialized in CV repair a few years ago with my previous car and mentioned them to the TP rep. I said "if my memory serves me correctly, there's a place that will do the CV repair for $149.? I was questioning the TP rep as to why they were quoting me such a high price. He said he could get it down to $230+ but that??s the best they could do. The TP rep's response about the place I mentioned was "well, they aren't going to be replacing the entire axle and they use refurbished parts and they won't give you a warranty". Well, I called this CV place to find out for myself just exactly what they charge and what it entails. It turned out that all the previous info I was so graciously offered about them was FALSE. I therefore drive to this CV place, stand right there in the garage while my vehicle is being lifted and find out that the boot had actually been cut, it was not a natural tear. Hmmmm, I just wonder how that happened since I always went to the same place???? I'll say this; just because you go to a business on a regular basis and take in all the "schmoozing" it doesn't always mean they are being 100% honest. I??m sure you??ve heard the phrase ??sucking you in?? My only fault is I like to trust someone until proven otherwise. Oh, several other's have examined my old CV Boot which I brought back home with me. So far, everyone who has seen it has come to the same conclusion, and that is, it had been cut, it??s not a natural tear. My recommendation is to beware of where you go and don't believe everything they tell you. If they say you need something repaired, get a second opinion as you would if your doctor said he needed to perform surgery on you. Ask questions and be your own advocate! It's your hard earned $$$ and your choice. Go where you will, but buyer beware.

These guys at Tires Plus are awesome. Also if you go to their website you can find great coupons for service. They are quick and seem to get the work done in a very professional manor. I always find my self going back when my vehicles need service. \n\nAnother awesome thing about this company is they are located just about everywhere. Recently on a trip to Duluth, MN I needed to get the oil changed and they could bring up my vehicle history and they knew all the work that had been done.\n\nThey are also good about not trying to sell you on crap that ""could"" be done.\n

Both my wife and I take our vehicles to these guys and they have always treated us fairly. They have helped my wife with flat tires after hours and gotten me in and out with oil changes almost as quickly as the chains that specialize in that. Highly recommended.
