    I live an hour and half away from this location. I was down there last week and purchased a Nikon camera as well as a printer. Got home and there was a misunderstanding about the package I thought I was getting, and I did not have the extra lens I thought I was getting. So, I drove back down there again yesterday and got the situation straightened out. I declined the extended warranty at the time of purchase, but was told I had two weeks to purchase it if I decided to. I decided to purchase the warranty, and caIled to do so this morning, only to find out I had to bring the camera BACK in along with the warranty form, and that they could not take my credit card payment over the phone what!!!!???........even after I told them how far I lived, and if I had known I would have to physically drive to the store to get the warranty I might have done it while was there!!!! Here I have spent a fortune there and want to give them more money to get the warranty, and they can't add the purchase to my account???? Come on Best Buy....this is not good customer service, and I am LIVID!!!

    I went in to purchase a camera, I asked a women that was standing there talking to some guys that always worked there talking about there drunken night which is unprofessional for one thing and asked her if she could help me find a camera that would fit my needs. She turned towards me and said she would get someone over here to help me so i waited she then turned around and started talking to the guys again. I did not get anyone to come help me for one thing and so i had to figure out which one to get. I would never recommend anyone going to this store. Not only that there customer service sucks all they have are rude girls working at the customer service and don't know how to do there jobs, after all this i was ready to get out of that place, there management sucks and s does there cashier i mean honestly the girl would not shut up about her husband i don't need to know about her husband this and her husband that get a life she would not stop talking and she took forever just to get me through the check out they need people that do there job not try and sell Mary Kay! they need professional people not little kids.

    My Lexmark printer just stop working this morning. This is the third printer that I have bought from Best Buy that lasted under a year. And one Garmin GPS system that lasted under a year.
    Your warrants sucks....I was never able to get anything replaced. These are expensive items that should last at least over a year. If you can't provide a better warrantee then you should stop selling this junk or close the doors. You won't replace the junk you are selling and the companys that make them give me the run around. Why are you even in business??????????

    This is an amazing store for the basic electronics as well as the advanced electronics i would definitely recommend this store over any other electronic store!

    Wanted to see the latest in electronics. Went to B B on a Sunday morning and had everything. Best thing is you can actually handle them.
    Prices are a bit high, but not bad

    I went to upgrade my phone service. The employee called me a liar, told me that what I wanted to do (and had just done the same thing with my partner at another Best Buy store) was not possible and refused to give me his last name or his manager's last name.
    This store couldn't GIVE me something free at this point. I could not believe how poorly I was treated.
    I'd have rated this store with less than one star had that been an option.

    PROS: None - my advice is take your business elsewhere
    CONS: The Staff's understanding of customer service

    Best Buy offers their Product Replacement Plan which esentially is an insurance policy for a given number of years. Whenever I buy an expensive item from them I am sure to purchase the extended plan. This is not simply an extension of the manufacturer's warranty. Instead it covers your product against other defects and problems also. Though their prices are not best compared to their competitors, they are quick to offer price matching. Once I get them to give me the same price as their competitor's then it only makes sense to buy from them and purchase the product replacement plan.

    PROS: Good selection, friendly staff, excellent product replacement plan
    CONS: Poor customer service staff, high prices, lack of selection occasionally

    We went to look at refrigerators and they claim they match competitor pricing. We took in an HH Gregg sale ad, and they said they could not match the price even though they had the item. Apparently they don't match competitor pricing.

    Lack of customer importance, had to wait 30 mins to find out they did not match pricing.

    Lack of employees.

    Not a pleasant atmosphere at store.

    PROS: Better customer service then HH Gregg.
    CONS: More expensive then competitors
