Dr. Parsa has been treating myself and my family and friends for many years. I've also worked there a short period of time so I know the inside story about how they run a business, and it is with respect, dignity, and the best dental procedures known. Simply put, Dr. Parsa is the best Dentist in Alpharetta !

This is the best dentist I've ever been to. I'm a gagger and have a terrible fear of the dentist (more than most). He was so patient and nice. The technology at this dentist is excellent. I learned more about oral hygiene than I'd ever known. This definitely aids the care of my teeth. The entire staff is WONDERFUL. I have been 8 times in the last month for two root canals, cavities, a cleaning, two crowns, and a scaling. Everyone in the office has worked with me and I just adore them all. I'd recommend this dentist to anyone.

Parsa is not a quality dentist, left me in terrible pain, refused to give me back my money, refused to return my phone calls, his staff put my calls on hold indefinitely. You have a dispute with Parsa you are on your own.
None of the organizations can help you with your dispute grievances, because Parsa is not a member of ADA, the GA Dental Society, or the AACD

I received the following letter from AACD.

The dentist you are referring to Mehrdod A. Parsa, DMD is not a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
The first step in resolving your situation is to make an appointment with the dentist to discuss your concerns. We find that the majority of such situations can be resolved in this way with greater understanding. If the results of such a meeting do not resolve your problem, the next step would be to contact the local dental society, which should have a peer review panel that can assist you. Your recourse beyond the local society would be the state dental licensing board, which is the government agency with authority over the profession. The vast majority of cases can be resolved, however, by the first two steps. Your local library can provide you with contact information for these organizations.
Cosmetic dentistry is not a recognized specialty by the ADA. Any dentist in the world can call themselves a cosmetic dentist. It is up to the consumer to do their homework to be sure that a dentist they are considering has taken continuing education in the field.

I filed a complaint on Parsa to the GA Board of Dentistry February 07. I'm so disappointed by the findings of the GA board of Dentistry that the Board determined there were no violations of the Dental Practice Act and has voted to close my case. The Board did not receive evidence to support disciplinary action against Dr Parsa. I waited for more than 11 months for that decision.

I took it seriously that the GA Board of Dentistry would take my complaint seriously and help me, but they didn??t. Since then I learned from many sources that complaining to the Dental Board is a waste of time. Shame on my elected officials! Did they think its fun to have extensive dental work re done and pay for it again?
Do not let Parse perform any specialized dentistry on your teeth, but if you do get it in writing that he'll refund your money if you have to redo his work by someone else. Before and after photos are not his work, you need to get recommendations from his patients for the same procedure.
Dr Mehrodod Parsa ripped me off big time, caused me horrible pain, financial distress, and didn't own up to his bad dentistry.

My husband and I have been seeing this dentist for about the past 6 years. He and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They care about your dental health and meeting your needs as a person and not just as a patient. I never feel as though they are trying to make money. My husband has had some issues with crowns, root canals, chipped teeth, etc and they have always taken good care of him and given him good care.
