This dealer, though its owner, Ken Cunningham, sold a vehicle sight unseen based on written representations of it having no defects, shipped it to California despite the shipper's notations of defects, and then refused to take it back or give any credit for those and several other defects, including an undisclosed accident. Ken even refused calls and hung up and Russell claimed not to receive e-mails. It appears Ken is taking other vindictive measures. My worst car buying experience ever.

Pros: Seemed willing toaccomodate prior to sale

Cons: False statements and unwilling to live up to contract and acting unbusinesslike
