Good selection but very disappointing staff. Never a polite word. The older female employee acted annoyed with my inquires about different rackets. I demoed three rackets and admittedly kept them a few days longer. She charged me around $40 in demo late fees. I don't think she understands the concept of demoing a racket before a purchase. I only live about three miles away but will never return until there is new ownership. Shame.

As far as selection goes, Your Serve was right on par with Sports Authority or Dick's. However, the prices were a little too high for my taste. I wouldn't mind supporting the local businesses and paying a little higher of a price, but the employees left little to be desired. Most of the time I was in the store, they stayed on their computers looking at various websites. When I asked them questions, they seemed unsure of the answers. A younger guy with longer hair, presumably a supervisor, was particularly unfriendly and unhelpful. Your Serve isn't too bad, but I would still prefer Dick's.
