The noodle soup here is so wonderful, always comes with a side of fresh vegetables to put in the soup. I also like the sweet potato shrimp for a starter. Bubble tea is good here, try the melon flavor, its very fresh.

I enjoyed this restaurant when it first opened but unfortunately I've noticed a definite decline in quality in the last few visits. Phở has always been better than the other menu items, and it's still pretty good, but on one recent visit we were brought a plate of basil leaves/bean sprouts that were (literally) brown and withered, and had to ask for a fresh plate instead. The noise level can be very high, especially when someone's making a smoothie, which happens pretty frequently and requires a rather deafening blender to run for a couple of minutes at a time.

On the last visit we ordered shrimp & pork egg rolls that tasted "off" (not sure if they were a different type than before, or weren't fresh, or what). The waiter noticed we'd only eaten one bite and asked if they were okay, and we said they didn't taste very good compared to previous visits. He informed the manager, who (literally) shrugged his shoulders and charged us for them anyway. I paid the bill, but don't plan to return— there are too many other good Vietnamese restaurants around to settle for mediocre. Good night, Saigon.

The food is very good here. I have been there for both dinner, and noodle slurping for lunch. The noodle bowls are very good and filling. The food tastes very fresh, and has good flavor. This is one of my favorite asian places to go. The service is always quick too.

Saigon Cafe is one of those restaurants that's all about the food. The food is GREAT, and noodles and soups are served in ENORMOUS portions, ensuring that you won't ever leave with room to spare. I stop by there every Wednesday night after Kung Fu to get some of their absolutely perfect bubble tea. The prices are great, the service is good, the food is impeccable, and the atmosphere is just right. It deserves it's many recognitions!

PROS: Good food, good prices, perfect all around
CONS: Some people can't eat that many noodles....
