Loved them! They spent tons of time helping me to pick out just the right pieces of Vera Bradley to fit my needs. They rushed my monogramming & are a gem.

I purchased a Vera Bradley item and after a few days changed my mind & wanted to return it. I had the receipt but they wouldn't take it back w/o the tag. They should warn customers that they have to keep the tag if they want to return the item. I was not pleased. They wouldn't let me exchange it for something else, either.

Spire's is one of my favorite locations to visit during an outing on the square. They have a very specialized selection from soaps and lotions to the popular Spanks hosiery to dishes and place settings. I've heard they're one of the largest Vera Bradley retailers in Georgia, which is believable once you've seen their stock. The employees are not overly friendly, but it's a must-visit at the Square in Covington. And if you're looking for a gift for someone special, you'll likely find something perfect here.

After going to this store today and being completely talked down to by an employee (with an accent) I will never go there again. Yes, they are a "quaint little store" but this employee was so rude when I asked a question about the price of an item that I will never be back. Another customer even saw and overheard her speaking down to me and had this awe-struck look on her face. I cannot believe people in the retail business can afford to keep employees such as her. Please be fore-warned before you step foot in this store. Serendipity is just down the road in Conyers and will bend over backward to help you in any way possible.

This is a very quaint little store on the square in Covington, GA. They specialize in Vera Bradley products. They have the very best selection around! The owner, Denise, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when choosing the right product!
