My family had a HORRIBLE experience with All About Animals on June 28, 2011. We were very disappointed with the way our 2 year old Miniature Dachshund, Bailey, was treated when we took her in for a severely injured leg. In the past, we have taken our animals there to get their shots and check-ups, and have received decent care for the minor things. However, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND using All About Animals for sick or injured animals. After this horrible experience, my family will NOT be taking any of our pets back there again for any reason, not even shots! Dr. Lipham failed to render care to our pet and allowed her to lay in her own blood, hurting and in shock from 7:50 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. at which time he finally told us that ""he had looked her over briefly but had not done much for her because he assumed that we would just put her down (euthanize her) rather than wanting to spend a bunch of money on orthopedic surgery to repair her leg.

Dr. Lipham and his staff are just wonderful! I have two dogs and one is an older dog that concerns me when we she gets sick. Dr. Lipham and the staff have listened, cared, and just made everything easier for my dogs and me. They call and check and I know they care and are calling for that reason!\r
Thank you! :)

I went to UWG and took my dog to All About Animals after meeting a vet tech that LOVED dogs when some friends were playing softball! I brought my dog and she was so sweet to him and interested, I thought this vet HAS to be great! So - I took my dog, my roommate took hers. Where do I start. Well my roommate moved away and got a diagnosis that her dog needed fracture surgery. After spending HUNDREDS of dollars on him and gearing up to go under the knife - she felt like she needed a second opinion. She went back to AAA - and lo and behold - he'd SPRAINED his ankle! He lost some weight and he's FINE now! Thank god she didn't get surgery.
Now, I've moved back to Atlanta. Finding a new vet is scary, but I found one that was AAHA approved and went - and FIRST visit: all of sudden my dog needs surgery and they're scaring me and I don't feel comfortable at all with what they're proposing. Long story short: My dog is now 10. Has a fatty tumor (very common) and before even doing a screening on it - they said SURGERY - sign here! I said, no let's get a little test done (cytosis) so they send fluid off to the pathologist - and Oh yeah you need surgery. They got results back in a day?! A little scary.
So I call Dr. Lipham - they gave me the straight skinny and said if you want bring him in on Saturday and we'll give the results and him a look. I said, the surgery they were proposing is 600$. They said - we don't even DO anything worth 600$! I love it. They're honest, and fair, and really really really care about your pets.
So needless to say, i'm bringing him in on Saturday and will trust every word they say! What a relief!

The staff here is very friendly. You can get an appointment very easily usually the same day. They have a very short wait time and the place is kept very clean. There prices are great and they actually take time to talk to you so you understand what is going on

PROS: Very Friendly
CONS: nothing
