Rude and Disrespectful Treatment by Mgrs./Part Owner Shawn Miller. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in any KOA Campground previously. I will not be renewing my membership, and I will be sure to relate our experience to our friends who camp.

After spending too much time trying to get through Atlanta traffic, this campground was a Godsend! It was exactly what we needed at the end of the day. Very clean and we were treated ver well. We have earmarked this campground for future travels in This area.

      .

We checked into the KOA on Monday. When we arrived we were greeted with rudeness and we were discouraged about staying. It was closer to work in Atlanta, so we decided to go ahead and try it here.

On Monday night we had a guest come over that was treated by Shawn Miller to not be welcome. He was held up outside for about 20 mins discussing the rules and how a visitor could come on the site.
Shawn Miller never apologized or act with any professionalism or customer service.

Thursday and Friday of this week we were not even on site. We were in Virginia.

      Saturday I was working.

Today is Sunday, we received a call that the signature page for the rules were not in our file over there at the office. We went through out paperwork and called over there to let them know we did not have it and assured them that I would be over before they closed to sign a new copy.

When I walked in around 6:30PM, I was met by Shawn and Tammy Miller and in fact it was not a signature page that they needed at all. They told me that they had received numerous complaints regarding our stay and that the cigarette butts outside of the trailer we cause for us to vacate and that we had until 12pm tomorrow to leave.

**Snow has been on the ground since Friday**
I actually have pictures of the outside during that time showing no signs of cigarette butts. All you can see is the snow.

When I took my friend that is staying over to discuss the rules and why we never received any warnings or if they were going to credit us for having to leave, Shawn and Tammy were very rude. Shawn Miller stated that he would call the police to escort us out of the park right now.

We have been treated very unwelcome. We feel like this camp upon arrival never planned to let us stay here for the month, that is why Shawn Miller was so rude from the beginning.

If they did not want us to be here, they should have refused our business upon arrival instead of allowing us to pay for the entire month and then steal our money. Because that is exactly what they have done.

This is a nice campground right off of the highway in GA. It is North of Atlanta and Atlanta is only a short dive from the campground (maybe 15 minutes). There is lots of restaurants around this campground and within a few miles of the campground. The campground has a pool and mini-golf. The have very reasonable rates.
