This is the worst dealership!!! Do not trust them and especially do not use their service department. They do not know what they are doing!
We were on vacation and our truck started running rough. We looked on the web and found the closest Nissan dealership, which was the service center at Town Center Nissan. We had taken very good care of our vehicle (in fact, we had it serviced a week before we left on vacation) and we loved the truck. We were even planning on buying a new Nissan truck when this one needed to be retired.
Town Center Nissan misdiagnosed the problem as faulty ignition coils. After a $1200 repair the truck was still running rough and the next diagnosis was a blocked catalytic converter. They stated that they did not have parts on hand to replace the catalytic converter but they could just clear the blockage and it would be fine for us to continue to our destination and then return home where we could schedule the repair. They were wrong!!! What they did was ruin the engine and ended up costing us over $6400. When we confronted them, they told us it was not their fault. In our attempts to try and resolve the problem they have lied to the Nissan corporate office, changed their story many times, and just given us the runaround. Do not trust this dealership!

I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan from this dealership, the salesman was friendly at first when trying to finalize the deal. However, the next day I called him to let him know he forgot to put the tag on the car, and they proceeded to tell me that it was my fault and perhaps it was stolen or that the sticker had " flew off" Since the car was not driven at all I knew this was not the case. They continued to go back and forth with me, and showed no professionalism or respect. I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE!!! Please steer clear from this dealership, they do not care about you once you make the purchase!!!

One star because I don't think that I can give less. We bought a new 2007 Altima and had a great experience. Just recently bought a used 2003 Accord with 38,000 miles that was checked out by their service department per their salesman. Withing 15 days, the transmission has to be replaced. The mechanic that repaired the transmission told us that any service department that had inspected this car would have been able to tell that the transmission was bad. My fault for not taking it somewhere to be inspected. Just warning anyone that this dealership is not your friend and will sell you a car no matter what condition it is in.

We took our 2000 Maxima to Town Center for a problem we were told was a quick fix, "common problem". We were even told we would get it back the same day. Almost an entire week passed without any idea what was going on or given any reasons why it was taking so long. We finally got our car and were told the problem was fixed. Next day, we had the same problem. They have no clue what they are doing!!

I just bought my new Versa there and had a great experience! They made the whole process very easy. I got a great deal without the haggeling. I will refer all of my friends and family to them!

NOT GOOD!. Tried to trade with them yesterday would have been my 3rd vehicle at this location. The sales manager really could care less.He zeroed in a the small dent in the rear and although we were upside down we were willing to work with them. I will NEVER trade for NISSAN again. I went over to Hennessey Honda in Woodstock , talked to Bob who 3mths ago sold us a car for our daughter, well he and his sales manager had no problem selling me a 2011 Honda Accord which I love!

Novermber, 2010: 30 minutes into signing paperwork, Nissan Town Center notified us that the car we were buying was actually not at their dealership and would be delivered next day. Fine. So we paid cash for the vehicle. Two days later we discover they sold us a vehicle they didn't have. Lots more to this story, but save yourself a NIGHTMARE and find another Nissan dealer. Seriously. These guys are frauds.

I brought my Nissan Xterra in for my warranty covered oil change, & tire rotation. Well I tried to wash my windshield after I left and there wasn't any window washing fluid!? So what else wasn't done I ask. I called and left a voice message to the service manager. I am very disappointed and worried that maybe they aren't taking care of my car like they should be.......:(

I purchased my car new in 2006. In December 2009 I took my car in for a squeek in the front end. They told me it was under warrranty and they replaced strut and motor mounts. In April 2010 I take the car back in for the same noise. They then informed me the car had been wrecked at a high speed and the warranty was void. They then showed me where they had bent the crossframe in December, which they never mentioned before.
I talked to the Service Mng Jimmy Clark. I asked him if they would have worked on my car if it had been wrecked. He said no. After they put my car up and he saw the damage he flipped out. He started screaming at me and saying I wrecked the car and he would not fix it. I never wrecked the car. His workers did, which is why they bent the crossframe, to try to hide what they did. Jimmy Clark tried to tell me they told me the car was damaged in Dec and they bent the crossframe to help me. First off- there is nothing on the paperwork saying the car had been damaged or any repairs had been made the the crossframe. And secondly- bending on a crossframe and compromising my vehicle is not helping me.
I have never in my life been talked to the way Jimmy Clark talked to me. Keep in mind I'm a five foot tall 20-something female. He screamed at me, calling me a liar, until I cried. He said he could prove I wrecked the car and when he pulled up the Carfax and saw it had never been wrecked he was furious and kicked me out of his office.

On March 5th, 2010 I purchased a car from (no caps intended) towne center nissan and paid CA$H$$$$. Every little thing was all downhill from there. What a loser dealership this is!!! My first clue should have been when the receptionist couldn't direct me from Barrett Pkwy to the dealership. It was literally around the corner. *Mmmkay. After my hubby negotiated the deal and both parties agreed on a final price we went into the mgr.s office to pay and he rushed us so quickly that we didn't realize he'd completed the sale. Uhhh, he stood up and told us he was rushing (us) because he had to get to his son's game. *Mmmkay. We were given no receipt for our purchase and told that the paperwork he'd just given us would serve as 'said' receipt. I've phoned once a week since we bought the vehicle and been given the runaround by Monique (angry used car title chick) and Jason (not-so bright salesguy). IT'S FREAKIN' 3 weeks later & we've received no tag, no title, NO NOTHING!!!!! NO info. *Mmmmmkay. I just phoned town center nissan and was told my 'paperwork' was completed and submitted 16 days ago & that I 'should' have received a tiny card from the Hapeville office and that town center nissan has 'done' their part. So now I must make a trip to Hapeville. *Mmmmkay, I will pack a lunch for that one and I will never, ever do business w/town center nissan again. Run. Put on your cross trainers and run fron this worthless place.

I have bought my last 3 cars from them and will continue to go to them for years to come. The manager and the sales people are very nice and I love that they remember who I am. They have great cars and are willing to work with the prices and help get you into the car you want.

Interested in buying or leasing a new car, I filled out an application online on Town Center Nissan's website. I called and was given Doug Smith as my sales person. He processed my application.

I went in to the Town Center Nissan dealership. The first thing I asked Doug was to make sure I was approved for the credit before I even began looking at a Pathfinder. He came back and told me there was no problem, that I was approved. I chose a car from the lot, signed all the paperwork for the lease and was told my paperwork would be processed and sent to the tag office for me to get my tag. Doug Smith thanked me for leasing the car, as they had made their quota for the week.

On November 17th, 2007, I received a letter in the mail from Nissan's leasing company telling me that I wasn't approved for the credit. Confused, I called and spoke to Doug Smith. He told me that a lot of customers get that letter, but not to worry, I had been approved and the paperwork should be sent to the tag office soon. I called the tag office several times the following week and they didn't have my VIN number in their system. Since my temporary dealer tag was about to expire, I called Town Center Nissan again telling them that the tag office still hadn't received my paperwork. They said that there must have been a mistake and to come in and they would give me another temporary tag.

I arrived at Town Center Nissan on 12/17/07. I spoke with the customer service representative. She referred me to the finance person who then informed me that I hadn't been approved for the credit on the vehicle. At this point, I had the Pathfinder for six weeks and had since sold my other car (privately). How could they all of a sudden tell me I wasn't approved!?!? If I was told I wasn't approved in the first place I could have made other arrangements to purchase a car. They had the nerve not only to offer me the option of leasing or buying a lower priced vehicle. (Yeah right!) Like I would have wanted to do business with them at that point. They also had the never to offer me a free oil change for my trouble (woopie). Not that it would have helped me since I sold my other car.

I would never do business with Town Center Nissan again, nor would I recommend them to ANYONE. They have committed fraud, in my opinion, and they have shady, deceiving and underhanded business practices. I'm not sure what they get out of doing this to people. I didn't put any money down, so I'm not out any money, but I'm out the new vehicle I had for six weeks and was excited about, as well as the car I already owned, not to mention the time I spent dealing with a bunch of morons. But, I guess they won't able to sell the Pathfinder as new, as it has 1500 miles on it. However, maybe they don't care, they seemed more interested in making their quota.

all town center cares about is making the deal. as soon as you're off the lot, you're more of an enemy. what's crazy is that they're customer service manager pays you $25 in gas to bring the customer service survey to the dealership instead of mailing it in. i wonder what they do with the bad ones in that case?

my advice is to not shop there. there are lots of nissan dealers in the area that have to be better.

Town Center Nissan leased me a new car and accepted a lease turn in of another nissan. They told me that the final lease payment was included in the deal. Well, 2 weeks later, I get billed from Nissan for the final payment and Town Center refuses to do anything about it.

I have also googled the dealership and found a complaint where they lied to a customer about a navigation system to sell them the car and did not make good on that.

On top of all that, they were kicked out of the Better Business Bureau because of all of the complaints that they receive and refuse to answer.
