I have been with this practice since my children were born. I will stay due to the care my children receive. I have always received a call back and during every emergency, received the proper emergency priority. A great practice and you are assured proper treatment for your child.

My mom used Kenmar when my brothers and I were children (Dr. Tripp was our doctor). Dr. Clements was just starting with the group when we were getting to the age where we stopped going to the pediatrician. I went into labor early and my husband and I had not picked a pediatrician yet. Kennestone Hospital sent a Kenmar physcian to examine my baby (who was born with a 104 temperature but was found to have nothing wrong with her and is now a healthy 1 year old). My mom saw Dr. Clements listed on Kenmars staff list and I picked him to be our pediatrician. I have seen him numerous times for checkups and sick visits and he has always been great! He seems to really enjoy his job and is very good with my baby. I have to say I'm not crazy about his office staff and my mom had the same problem 20 years ago. I recently broke my leg and had a terrible time trying to get my daughter's flu vaccine from them. When I left a message with the office manager she never bothered to call me back. She apparently forwarded my message to the appointment lady and she called. After several days, I finally was able to get the shot but it was a big hassle.

I have been using this office for my 3 children since 2004.I love the physicians and most of the nursing staff. The entire place is always very clean but SOOOOOO crowded,I guess this would mean we all like it enogh to come back.BUT...... recently I have so many problems in billing.I was in last week and had to wait an additional 30 minutes because I supposedly had an outstanding bill that I did not have and was treated very rudely and it embarrased me to pieces. The lobby was full and every few minutes I was called back to the desk.I will say for the most part they are great but sometimes think more help may eliminate some of the confusion I see.I am still waiting for a credit issued from February so makew sure you check every bill you pay and that you submit to insurance.

I recently switched Pediatrician's when my second child was born. We were using another very well known Practice in W. Marietta. We were looking for a Pediatrician that would treat our kids as their own and genuinely cared about their well being. It is easy to make appointments, they even have a walk-in clinic at the beginning of the week. I highly recommend Dr. Kewin and Dr. McGee at KenMar Pediatrics. All of the staff members are kind hearted and it is evident that they enjoy working at this office. If you are looking for well qualified Pediatricians with a wonderful bedside manner, this is the Pediatrician for you.

I have multiple kids. Two went to them in the morning and have strep and I too have strep. Husband is away. Another got strep the same day and I called for a prescription which has been done before but my considerate usual Dr was away. Another inconsiderate Dr (a color)wanted to culture my sick child and I told her I would have to bring in two sick kids & myself in rush hour traffic rather than go to pharmacy down the road for a prescription. Do you think there was any consideration for my predictment. None whatsoever.

I used kenmar pediatrics when my son was born in 1999 and Dr.Mcgee is an excellent pediatrician. The rest of the group is also very good. But their front office and office manager and some nurses are just so rude and unprofessional. This office is very busy and when you call to get an appointment for the same day. They ask you a thousand questions to justify your call. And if the clerk?- yes the clerk thinks is not an emergency or the child cannot be seen the same day. She will have a nurse to call you back. A lot of times nurses would never called you back and if it happens that a nurse call by then it's later in the morning and you cannot get any appointment. I always anticipated to call this office when my son was sick unexpected-(not planned)Duh!! because it was an hassle and I could not stand it. We found another pediatrician group recommended by a friend from Emory and when we call the front office they simply ask you "What time would you like to come?"and "who would you like to see?" the pediatricians are great and the whole office is professional and courteous-their name is PAMPA in oak tritt- Sandy Spring.

PROS: PEDIATRICIANS ARE GOOD
CONS: FRON OFFICE-OFFICE MANAGER SUCK!!!

Several pediatricians in this group treated my son in Kennestone hospital. I was very happy with all of them. They took time to answer my questions and took excellent care of my son. We have visited this office on Kennesaw Ave. too, and it has a very nice waiting area. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatrician in this area.

Dr. Clements has been there for my children and I for 18 years. I have 5 children all in perfect health and even when they were terribly sick he got them all better in a jiffy. I just love Dr. Clements, he is a warm, smart, very child friendly doctor. He always takes what you have to say in consideration is what I like because nobody knows your child better than you. The rest of the doctors are real good too but Iam just used to Dr. Clements, he has taken very good care of my children.
