HORRIBLE Experience!!! We made an appointment TODAY for our 2year old son to get a cavity filled in November (keep in mind that it is August right now.) They called a couple hours later and left a message saying that they were canceling our appointment because I mentioned I was going to call around to see if any other children??s dentistry would allow us to go back with him while he is getting his cavity filled. So I called back saying I DIDN??T want to cancel my appointment but she said THEY HAD ALREADY GIVING IT AWAY TO SOMEONE ELSE AND THE NEXT ONE WASN??T UNTIL DECEMBER!! I was livid!! So we are DEFINITELY looking for a NEW dentist now!!!!

Our daughter is autistic and has oral sensory issues. She has seen Dr. Brown since she was 2-1/2. Dr. Brown and his staff are very good with her. They are paitent and kind. She cries every time she goes to the dentist, but they help us work through it. She has even gotten so upset that she threw up there. They were not upset and again were very paitent and kind. I would recommend Dr. Brown to parents with children who have special needs. Our (typical) son loves to go there and does great. He loves the games in the waiting room and the movies and games in the exam rooms. GREAT DENTIST!

Superficial things such as the office furniture are the last thing on my mind when selecting medical or dental care for me or my children. Dr. Brown is fantastic and if his office was on the moon I would try to get there. The staff is friendly and very patient with my daughter who is terrified and has oral sensory issues that cause her to cringe at any touch or treatment in her mouth. I think that Robin W was probably displaying her disdain with the 'outdated office' and did not take time to notice the people there.

Dr. Brown is patient, skilled, compassionate and very friendly. My 3-year old daughter has oral sensory issues, and she is always at ease, non-anxious and cooperative with Dr. Brown - that, in itself, speaks volumes! Sure, the office may be a bit outdated, but it's always clean, equipment sterile, staff friendly and prompt - those are what you should be looking for in a medical setting!

My two daughters, 4 and 6, have been Dr. Brown's patients since they were toddlers and they both love him. My 18 month old son will be seeing him soon -
Dr. Brown's quiet and gentle demeanor puts the children at ease right away. He always has a smile on his face. My girls have not once had anxiety about going to see him, even though they have had numerous fillings, because he has always ensured their comfort.
The office may be a bit dated, but is always clean and neat, which is much more important to me than expensive decor that I am ultimately paying for...

Both of my children have gone to this dentist since they started teething, and he is fantastic with them. He's patient and friendly; not at all scary like some dentists can be. The staff is also friendly. They make you feel welcome, parents and kids alike. The lobby is filled with games, toys and a kid-appropriate movie playing on the big screen. Each room is filled with stuffed animals and a DVD attached to the chair that they can watch while being treated. And the kids wear sun glasses to shield their eyes during the procedure. Every bit of care has been put into this office.

The office is in an older buidling, but it's always clean. The tools are always wrapped before use.

They file the insurance for you. It's never been difficult to get an appointment b/c they don't overbook

Wonderful experience every time we go. We're thankful.

My children loves this office. The entire experience is always great. I have a 2 and 4 year old. This office is kid friendly. They have appropriate video games and learning toys in the waiting area. The halls are lined with toys and stuffed animals. The rooms have dvd's while the children get their teeth done. The dentist is professional and compassionate towards children. They also allow a parent to hold a child while they get their teeth done. The kids get a toy when they leave. God bless their office.

PROS: Friendly and compassionate!
CONS: Now my kid's wants to be dentist. How can I pay for college? (smile)

I had taken my boys, ages 4 and 8, to a different pediatric dentist originally, but I chose to go to this one recently because the location was more convenient for us. I was quite disappointed in this office, as they didn't seem as modern and up-to-date as the other pediatric dentist we had gone to. The office is very old, and this shows in every aspect of an office visit. The waiting room was very bare and boring... it had the standard dentist office fish tank and an outdated video game system with one game that didn't interest my kids. We waited for a very very long time, and didn't see but one or two other patients in the office. The exam rooms were tiny and dull as well. I also didn't find the hygenists to be very friendly, and nobody on the staff really seemed to interact with my children to make them more comfortable. When more work was recommended for them, I immediately called the other pediatric dentist (Dentistry for Children in Suwanee). I knew that I would feel more comfortable leaving my children's dental care in their capable hands.
