Great summertime fun. My son and I came here to meet a couple of friends that are on a league. There are also coupons on the website to save money all summer long.

Horrible service! The man who I think was the manager there put us on the wait list for an hour. We played some boring games while waiting. Even though he saw us sitting around, he still allowed some new people just walking in to get some

We bowl in a league at Oasis Buford and a couple of weeks ago my son's ball was badly damaged in the track by one of their machines. Why this is unfortunate it does happen occassionally and all reputable bowling centers will either fix the damage or in the case of the damage being in the track area will replace the ball.
In the case of my son's ball they made a poor attempt at repairing the ball even though it was in the track and it severly effected the performance of a 200.00 ball. A severe flat spot was put in the ball where it rolls. I had several conversations with the Manager, the pro shop that attempted to repair the ball and the owner which all met dead ends. I took the ball to other reputable pro shops in town where I was told the same thing by everybody, the ball was damaged beyond repair. As a matter of fact the damage was so bad one of the shops actually replaced the ball for my son at no charge and only asked to be reimbursed if we were reimbursed by Oasis. Of course this has not happened and Oasis has made it clear they do not care so be very careful if and when you bowl there. Personally I will only bowl there the remainder of the season because we have an obligation to complete the league, after that I will never go back.
The fact is their machine severly damaged the ball beyond repair (even the ball mfg. confirmed that) and they would not do the proper thing and replace the kid's ball.
FYI the shop that replaced the ball is RAH Pro Shop in Midtown Bowl (Tony Haynes), Tony is one of the most knowledgeable Ball drillers in the area and is a delight to deal with... heck he replaced a ball that he had nothing to do with, just wanted to make sure the right thing was done for my son. We need more businesses like RAH and less businesses like Oasis Bowl.

Oasis Bowling Center in Buford is a great place to go for a fun family night out!! My family loves to go every so often for Saturday night fun. The facility is so clean and well kept. They have a great arcade for the kids and a bar for the adults. At 10:00 p.m. (on Saturdays) they turn out the lights for cosmic bowling. They also give coupons for your next visit. We always have so much fun at Oasis!! I would definitely recommend it for an evening out!

Oasis "Family" Bowling Center lives up to the name in alot of ways. The exterior building itself is alot of fun to look at. Walking inside you quickly realize that this is not a typical bowling "alley" but a very clean, very well kept, very professional yet fun place. Very nice tables/chairs to accommodate everyone while the kids go off to the arcade and play games. They even have a bar renamed the "Thirsty Turtle" that is available for those 21 and over! Its perfect. The kids have fun in the arcade, the adults have fun in the bar, and they all meet in the middle for some old fashioned bowling. Except its not so much "old fashioned" as the lanes all are custom fit with "bumper guards" that go up and down for each player! And it keeps score for you! The place is usually spotless and if there ever is a mess left behind by a previous customer someone gladly cleans it up for you. The staff is nothing short of amazing. I have been on dead days and slammed busy nights. Usually consisting of the same teenagers. Amazing teenagers. I could not do their jobs. This place can get slammed with up to two hour waits on the busiest of nights. But these teens that are very helpful with pricing and lane information and are on top of things on these slammed nights. I have seen a few very rude customers push them past the natural limits of civilized behavior and they have always handled these rude customer very well. Whoever trained these guys sure did a good job. Very polite and helpful. The prices can stun people sometimes. I have taken friends who thought it was a little too much. But 70 dollars for 2 hours of bowling for 6 people with unlimited soda and a bucket of popcorn is reasonable to me. If you think about taking your kids to putt putt golf and then to McDonald's or to the movies you shell that out and more. At least at this place its all in one go and you all leave smiling. There have been times when errors were made and the staff are always willing to apologize, accommodate, and get it fixed for you. I once had to be moved from a lane because they had their leagues coming in. But they were very friendly and apologetic and offered us an additional free game. (And all we had to do was pick up our ball and shoe and walk down a few lanes. It transfers the score to the lane for you!)The food is good...if not a little greasy. But what can you expect? A little pricy at times but they have to make a profit and its not exactly robbing us. I recommend this place to anyone. Its CLEAN (if not spotless and very trendy), fun, and can even be cheap if you get the right packages and coupons. (www.oasisbowl.com has a few good coupons updated about once a month) and has that great staff. Something about smiling teenagers that actually want to see you have a good time is inviting. (Plus they always seem to be having fun at their job. Which is fun to see.)Very pleasant atmosphere.
