Lordy Lordy. I wish my niece would have found this information beforehand. Ricky Heath was to do a job for myself. All was kosher until the work he was doing was unacceptable quality, and was not what he promised. My niece contacted the company for me and to no avail she had a bad encounter with the office manager, Lisa Heath, who quickly pointed she was the owner's wife. She told my niece the job was done and plainly so be it. It did not matter to her the quality, care, or finished product. Repairing a line , we never thought we would be treated with such rude and careless concern from a business. The money was paid partially upfront, and then a separate check given mid project. They got their money, she made sure of it. This lady is very rude, very downing in her talk and conversation with you. She will cut throat you down in her talk, and smerky laugh at you over the phone with the problems you are having from a repair the company did! I have never had as much trouble or disbelief in a company before. This business is not reputable and not very polite. Not guaranteeing a product or job is unacceptable for any business. Being rude and not having customer service skills, this man should fire his wife from his business! Glad we found a nice company afterwards plumbing services to come in and assist with the mess up Ricky Heath Plumbing Company left and caused us. One comment stated Lisa Heath told them they must have been PMSing, so told my niece that, she wasn't worth the poop her guys came in contact with for her to even talk to, and for her to go else where with her request and concerns!

I too had a bad experience with Ricky & Lisa Heath with Ricky Heath Plumbing Company. Mine was very similar to another poster. I trusted the Heath's in their word and agreement to do a job correctly. The job began and problem after problem arose. The job was taking longer than expected, which was delaying my business, the quality of the job was below standards, a huge mess was left for me to hire another contractor to come in and clean up/finish the job. Repairing a line was not supposed to be this much of a mess. I called the company to complain about the job and the overall quality, Lisa the owner's wife informed me I was getting what I paid for and if I wanted more work and more detailing, then the price would increase. I disagreed. Asked for a partial refund, she immediately declined informing me I was getting what I paid for. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Having incorrectly 'repaired' a waterline at my business, I asked for a partial refund of the re-negotiated, overly expensive price tag. I was pointedly told by the owner's wife that 'I obviously have PMS,and must be having a really bad bay' and they would, under no circumstance, return any part of the moneys paid.
I found this to be rude to an extreme, unprofessional, and down-right ugly.
I would never suggest to anyone to hire these people.
