The worst untrained staff and a manager who can't speak to a dissatisfied customer and hides behind the poor staff.
About an hour ago, I ordered a carry out - Cauliflower Manchuria and A soup. Cant be more simple than that. When I got home, there was no rice. When I called her, miss April (who also took the order)'s response was (after talking to her silly manager) that rice was complementary and so its no big deal that they forgot. No apology, no 'come back when you get a chance, we will fulfil our missed item'. There is no courtesy, no professionalism. April's response for why rice was missing .."at that time we were busy".

When I asked to speak to the owner, doesnt surprise me, he stepped out. How am I going to be compensated? Her response was "let me talk to manager" and she never came back on phone.

This is the silliest restaurant in this area and a big lawsuit waiting to happen. Please document all your experiences and never step in to this silly. Smallest of the small things is extremely hard for this staff to execute.

Quiet little Chinese. Perfect for everything from a dinner to a lunchtime gathering with friends or coworkers, Bamboo Garden serves up the freshest food in the area. Made to-order with the finest ingredients around. Inviting atmosphere includes plenty of comfortable tables along with semi-private seating options. Extensive menu allows patrons to choose from copious servings of vegetarian and non-vegetarian appetizers, entrees, rice and noodles.

Its the worst Indian restaurnat I have visited in Atlanta. there servers have no etiquette, if an Indian will ask them they will reply rudely but for american customers they are ready to touch there foot. Dirty people.

This Franchise chain does only Indian Chinese and it is an experience dining. Had visited one in Chicago earlier. Now in Atanta, the food is authentic, very good experience overall with service too. Ambience is different from other indian restaurants. These guys take their business very seriously. Good to see professionalism in this area of business

Went to the new Bamboo Garden in Alpharetta and the place is unbelievable. I have not seen better decor in any Indian owned restaurant. The food was always good and now the ambience - the package is unbeatable. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

We found this restaurant from one of our business friend, who told us that they have good Chicken Lolipop, as my wife likes it, we went there...here is what i would summarise the points:
1. Service was lousy..i mean it took so long for serving the food (It was almost empty, still it took them so long)
2. Waiter/Manager (I dont know who that was), was had no clue about customer service..
3. Food was ok, my wife kinda liked chicken Lolipop, but my food was not so good..little salty than required
4. Worst was the Check (bill)..i mean i have never seen restaurant adding 15% gratuity for two people (They generally dont do for less than 4-5 people)..i never mind giving tip (and give it around 10%), but it has to worth it...I felt totally ripped off and swear not going to go there again..

It has been my experience that all Indian Chinese Restaurant in atlanta does not have good service..have been to these places already:
1. bamboo Garden (both Locations)
2. Hot Wok (food is good here, except the noodles)
3. Global Mall (they have better food)
4. Bali (Closed now).

Never had a good restaurant type experience anywhere..

As soon as i walked into this place i could smell the good food taste. They have a very tasty appetizer called Lat Mai Paneer which is their signiture dish. The entree's were excellent, very tasty, and well worth it. Service wasnt the best, but the food makes up for it.

My fiancee and I visited this place last week. Needless to say (see my ranking) we were thoroughly disappointed. Cold soup, dirty restrooms, and questionable quality of chicken in their chilli chicken (I found a piece of chicken foot).

To top it off, mandatory tips are added to your check. (Even PF Chang doesnt do this). If you are the type where hygiene is important.....bottom line..Avoid this place.

This restaurant was recommended to me by my father. He said he heard great things about it. The service was fair. I ordered the corn soup which was delicious. I also ordered the Schezuan Lamb that was chewy and inedible. Honestly I am not sure if it was even lamb. My son ordered spring rolls and the lemon chicken. We both dabbled in each others food throughout the evening. Overall we chalked it up to an ok experience, not the worst and not the best.
Around 7 am my entire mind changed. I was sick like I have never been before in my life, and this lasted until later in the evening. . I asked my son how he was feeling, and he had distress in his stomach also. I will never go here again. It definitely was one of my worst restaurant experiences ever.

This was an unexpected surprise! Simply the best food I have had in the greater Atlanta area in the past 5 years! Prices are good and the staff will make you feel like one of the family!

Today was the worst experience we ever had in a restaurant. Starting with the front desk person, we felt the ignorance. The service and food both were unexpectedly worst. I mentioned unexpectedly, as we heard some good things about this restaurant in past, and were expecting the same. Before we were finished with soup/appetizer the main course was thrown on the table. There was only one person we felt respect and hospility, and she was the lady who would serve water and clean up the tables. The rice was like a piece of dough. Among the other food we had American Chopsuey, which was like noodles deeped in honey with half a cup of suger on the top of it.!!! So as soon as one of us for in the part tasted a piece of it, 3 of us did not even want to try it. After all this there was a 15% tip added automatically to the bill, and on the credit card bill the tip was asked again, probably a catch for new customers who may have not realized that they have already been charged *15%* tip (for not getting a good service), oh well..!! On our way out, thought of giving a comment to manager about the poor quality food so that it come to his attention, with no intention to ask for a refund. The *manager* yells back that you can not complain about the food afterwords, like I was trying to get my money back or something of that sort.
