If you want to cleanse your body of toxins, you should go to Bikram Yoga. One hour in 105 degrees will do your body some good. Just remember to take a towel and a lot of water with you...and a change of clothes.

I went in for a trial class and loved it! I have been doing Bikram yoga on my own for years. The problem is, I can't afford it! Yoga is so popular now, that they are creating these trendy little Yoga "boutique" studios for the upperclass. If you can afford it-Go! Go! Go! You will melt into shape faster than in any gym or aerobics studio! If you can't afford it like me, you will have to meditate your jealousy away by yourself at home.

Bikram yoga has a very good and knowledgable staff. Pricing can be a little high, but you do get a longer period of sessions. I would recommed if you are looking for this type of yoga.

PROS: Very profesional
CONS: Price
