Founded in 1995, Willy's Mexicana Grill offers a host of Fresh-Mex menu items made from the finest ingredients, including Willy's award-winning signature California-style burritos. Freezers and microwaves are noticeably absent from Willy's to stay true to the concept of freshness. Every menu item is made from scratch using top-quality meats and produce; our guacamole and tomatillo salsa are made twice-a-day. Fresh produce is delivered six days a week. Vegetarian offerings like marinated tofu and veggie burritos, tacos and quesadillas are available as well, and beans and rice are not cooked in lard or animal products. Thanks to some good basic flavors (cilantro-garlic steak, chipotle barbecue pork) and a generous hand with garnishes, tese burritos are too heavy on beans-and-rice. The "Super" comes with lettuce, cheese, guacamole, salsa and sour cream. Vegetarian options are also available, as are quesadillas and tacos. Stick with the burritos, especially the celebrated Green Mole Chicken.

No ground meat or unidentifiable stringy chicken for this fast-food restaurant. You know exactly what you are eating, and they make it just like you want it made. Prices are very reasonable - about $6-8 per meal, including drink. I sometimes go and get 8 tacos for my family of four - it comes with chips & salsa, and take them home; dinner for about $20 - and everyone is crazy over the taste. Real chicken, real steak.
