Waited over 30 mins when i called they said no wait we were there about 2 mins later. They were so slow. Manager had to answer phone and make appts while cutting my sons hair. She took 6 phone calls in about 10 minutes and had to make appts. every time she went back to his hair she would mutter now where was I?

A customer come in who was a friend of hers come in and while cutting my sons hair they carried on a conversation about personal business that we should not have heard. The next client was sitting in the waiting area and the stylist had to keep looking over her shoulder to speak with the client WHILE cutting my sons hair! She would stop and walk over 2 steps when she wanted to "whisper" things to the client.

I told her we had appt to go to and asked if she could concentrate on my son's cut and hold her conversation after. She kept quite for about 4 minutes and started the conversation again. She was butchering my son so I asked her to stop and we would go else where. She replied with you apparently are having a bad day and can I finish his hair. It was an awful cut.

I asked for a manager she said she was !I picked up a pencil and asked for an owners phone number she grabbed it out of my hand and wrote it down for me .We tried to pay but another stylist shouted Trish do not take the money or give her a receip. I had a 9.95 coupon so I left it with $11 on the counter As we left she shouted boy are you a piece of work!

We just moved here to manage a new business of about 500 employees, most will be locating from out of state, we will advise them not to go to any of these salons! And they do not clean or sweep up hair after each client!

I have an interview for a HUGE promotion on Wednesday. Bought a new power suit, was gonna get my hair colored (my roots were horrible), my nails done, the whole shabang. The first beautiful day we've had in a few months, and I didn't expect to spend the entire time inside a salon.

Walked in here at 2:33. Walked out at 6:48. You would think I would look like an Oscar nominee by this time, right? Complete opposite. I looked worse when I walked out than when I walked in!

The girl who did my hair was new. Recent grad from beauty school, only been with the salon a couple weeks. She was sweet. I didn't have the heart to tell her I hated my hair. She and I did have good conversations while she was working on me.

I walked in with a picture of the hair color that I wanted. (Carrie Underwood, March 2010 Cosmo) I told them I wanted that exact color. It looks good with my skin tone. I walked out with a mousy brown. How is that the same thing? They have an "expert" colorist there who said it matched. She worked on my hair, as did the new girl. Even the salon owner took a crack at it. In no way is it even remotely the same.

When they were done ruining the color of my hair, they added a toner. Didn't ask me if I wanted it. Didn't bother telling me it was going to cost the same as if I were doing another full coloring. ($39.95 twice? Ridiculous.) Got that shock at the register.

I asked the girl to cut my hair after she colored it. She took maybe a half inch off. Said she was gonna layer it. There's maybe an inch difference between the hair around my face and the hair in the back. That's the only "layer" there is.

I would go somewhere and get another coloring/cut.. but I don't feel like traumatizing myself again so soon. I seriously came home and cried for a good hour. My boyfriend got worried. He thought I was having a mental breakdown.

I will never again go in this salon. Unless it's to tell them how horrible they messed up my hair.. but again, the girl who did it was just so nice that I don't want to get her upset or in trouble. That was just about the only positive side to wasting my day in this place.

They say, you pay for what you get and in this store, that's definitely true. I went there for a cut and well, that's exactly what I got. The stylist sprayed my hair with water and started snipping. I was at least expecting a wash and blow dry.
