This company manages our HOA in Canton. We have never really had any dealings with them until now. It seems we never received our key to the pool area. We had guests visiting and wanted to take them swimming. We tried our key from last year but it did not work. We found out they are supposed to mail new keys each year. We did not get one so my wife called and asked if they could overnight one to us since we did not get one when we were supposed to. The first girl who answered the phone was very rude and said they would mail one out and it would take several days to get it. My wife then asked for her supervisor and a man named David got on the line AFTER we mysteriously got cut off and called back. He was worse than the first girl as far as rudeness. It was getting close to 5:00 on a Friday afternoon and I can understand wanting to go home but what happened next amazed me. David told my wife he would wait for her in the parking lot and his fee for taking a key to fedex was $150.00 and she should bring him a money order for that amount. Really? Um David must really think his customers are dumb. IF we were to go there don't you think we would just pick up the key from him? Did he really think we would bring him $150.00 for them NOT doing there job in the first place? Unbelievable customer service.
So, David, I am getting active in my HOA and you can bet your keyster I will be voting your company OUT and spreading the word to everyone I can about your lack of professionalism and customer service. Enjoy it while you can because you are OUT of our community!!!!

This company is the worst company in the history of management companies. They do not return calls or answer emails. They lie to homeowners and cause friction between the owners and the board. They are unprofessional and the worse of the worse. Our community has fallen to crap since they have started to run things. They are money hungry, evil deplorable human beings only out to milk homeowners of their hard ean money. They do not know the definition of management. They know the definition of lying, manipulation, and avoidance.

I plan to try to get them investigated for fraud. It is that serious. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! DO NOT CONSIDER THEM AS YOUR MANAGEMENT COMPANY! RUN in the opposite direction. Do not purchase a home in a subdivision where they are the management team. You will be severely disappointed.

Access Management specializes in managing community associations. This requires versatility and the ability to react quickly to changing environments. Accuracy of record-keeping must be assured. Access Management has the staff and resources to do it all.

I am very disappointed at the lack of care or desire this company has to take care of their people. They fail to communicate in a productive manner and fail to follow proper procedure. They are the worst of the worst.
