Untill i see different. Ill keep mine with Oxford in Dalton. They have really took care of me. And i have no need to deal with anyone else. I dont even bother looking anywhere else anymore.

This company is the biggest rip off around! I warn each and every person who may go to purchase something here to run away as fast as possible. They sell junk and try to tell you how great it is.

They are friendly to make the sale, but if you need further service watch out.The sales rep Mohammad was very condescending with my wife and she will not so much as talk to him on the phone. We had to take a new ring back to them twice for repair and each encounter was a nightmare: we (the customer) were always the problem, everything was our fault. I tried to be nice until Mohammad began being rude to my wife and then I lost all control; He told her that He tried to sell me a more expensive ring, but I could not afford it, so its "your husband's fault you are stuck with a cheap ring!" He plays "dumb" on the phone, could not locate my repair ticket information, and lied about the second repair: the ring was "not available" on the stated pickup date, it was still at the "repair facility", but He suggested that I "come get the ring today and get someone else to fix it!" after I lost my cool and confronted him about his comments to my wife. The ring never left the store to be repaired and a week had passed. He demanded that I not use foul language but my patience with him had passed and my tongue was blazing. I can get over loosing money but nobody talks to my wife like Mohammad did during our encounters with Oxford Jewelers. All I have to say to them: "If the customer is such a problem, I will make sure their problem disappears."

We took the ring to a jewelry repair shop and found some interesting information. The ring was used, and contained other flaws in the diamond setting. The shop offered to repair it but warned us that it will break again because of the flaws. It is possible that Oxford Jewelers buys used jewelery for "scrap gold" and cleans up the pieces they think will pass as "new".
