Spring Lake Animal Hospital

Just got back from a checkup for Mom and her new pups. I was just as impressed with our visit as every visit in the past year,what knowledge! He spayed our cat and cares for our two dogs.Never have I seen any kind of dirt or smelled any kind of bad pet odor, which is amazing to me for an animal hospital. He always has a loving caring attitude. Listens to my every concern, checks each one out so I am so sure when I leave our loved ones have had the best care avaliable. His prices are very reasonable. His staff is so kind and friendly. If you are looking for a SUPER place to take your pets rest assured this is one of the BEST.

I would not recommend this place. I have been taking my dog there since birth (10 months now). However, when I boarded her there recently while I was on vacation, she caught dog flu. She was coughing when I picked her up and within 36 hours, was running a fever of 106 and vomiting severly (stopped counting at 20 times). They charged me around $260 for her flu visit (during regular hours) and now I have to return with her to get the IV removed, which they left in her arm. Also, I would like to mention that she is FILTHY when she is picked up from boarding (covered in poop and her white fur was stained green last time on her hind legs). I suspect that their conditions are very unsanitary. I am definitely looking for a new vet. I am a little sad about this because the staff is wonderful and my dog loves them. Unfortunately, I really don't trust the place anymore.

I have been taking my animals here since the 90's. Husband and wife team and they are very sweet caring people. Affordable and I trust them to care for my furbabies.
