Blueberry Hill Restaurant

We hesitately ventured down the sandy dirt road, twisting and turning. Not sure we were there, finding no sign at the ramshackled building at the end of the road. Was taken to the "back porch" - thru a large room with mismatched furniture, old photos on the walls, a walk thru fireplace to a table with huge windows looking out into the forest and stream. Ordered several items just to make the trip worthwhile - definitely NOT disappointed in the food or service!!! Wonderful !!!! THEN the music started..... Oh my goodness....guitar and piano.... "Blueberry Hill", "Music Box Dancer", "Tennessee Waltz". I neary cried - the combination of food and music and atmosphere was overwhelming. Will go back although it is 65 miles from my home.

Such a cool atmosphere it's hard to believe it's in Brantley county. Definitely worth the stop, but you should make reservations. The food and the service are excellent.

Blueberry Hill is tucked away outside of Waycross about 10 miles into Brantley County. The atmosphere is quaint. Make reservations. The service and food is impeccable.
