Run . . . with your wallet away from this money pi. My dress was $250 and the alterations were $275. RIDICULOUS!!! The dress was way too big (they told what size it should be ordered in) and their own alterations person still could'nt get it right after 6 weeks of trying. After paying the $275 I went to my regular alterations lady who had the dress done in 5 days.

The consultants at Bridals by Lori are amazing. They truly care about their brides and finding the perfect dress. My mom and I looked at every bridal store in Atlanta and the consultants and gowns at Bridals by Lori are superior to all the rest. After changing my mind three times and going back and forth between dresses the ladies at Bridals by Lori were understanding and continued to help me on my search. After trying on almost every dress in Atlanta, I found the perfect dress at Bridals by Lori. Thanks to Robin, Cindy, and Kim I was able to find my dream dress. I would advise any bride to go to Bridals by Lori to find their gown.

I refuse to ever step foot in Bridals by Lori ever again. After dealing with them while planning my wedding, and then again recently for a friend's, I've decided I've had enough of their overbearing, condescending style of "customer service". Additionally, the seamstress they recommend for alterations completely butchered two of the three alteration jobs in this last wedding. Ridiculous!

i was just married a few months ago. i shopped all over atlanta and
by far, bridals by lori was the best. best selection, best service, and best salon. they are friendly, honest and reliable. i loved my gown, my bridesmaid dresses and we even used them for our tuxedos.
i recommend bridals by lori to anyone - they made my wedding day a breeze - i will be forever thankful!

You would think that if you spend $5,000 on a dress that you would have excellent service. Not true at Lori's. My bridal consultant (who got the commission) couldn't remember my name or my face after I came back the next week to see my dress again. They are rude and not professional and treat brides like a herd of cattle. Plus, the dresses are really dirty. The only reason I spent money there was because of the dress. If I could buy that dress somewhere else, I would. I am sick that I gave them my money.

I bought my wedding dress at Bridals by Lori for my wedding this past November and my experience there was unbelieveable. The selection was amazing and the service outstanding. I ended up with the wedding dress of my dreams!

I purchased my wedding gown, veil, bridesmaids dresses, and Mother of the Bride dress all through Bridals by Lori. I could not have had a better experience. The staff is fantasic, the selection is by far the best in Atlanta, and the atmosphere is that of a true bridal "salon". I HIGHLY recommend!!!

i bought my gown and bridesmaid dresses from bbl.
my designer gown came in right on time and fit
almost perfectly. very little alterations were
needed. my bridesmaids dresses were beautiful.
i could not have been happier. a lot of my bridesmaids were out of town so they phoned in their measurements. several of my friends and
co-workers have used bbl so i knew it was the
place to shop for service and outstanding selection. the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. i highly recommend.

We had a very poor experience, and it sounds like others have as well. Very late in shipping out dresses - exhorbitant shipping prices well in excess of actual costs - and rude customer service. Go elsewhere.

This place does it right. In every wedding I have been in, they have been very trustworthy to get the dress in on time and to have it tailored properly. They have a large selection of bridesmaid dresses! The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this bridal shop to anyone looking for a dress for their wedding party. I know they have bridal gowns as well, but I didn't shop here for them

Bridals by Lori has a good selection of gowns, but that is about the only good thing about them. I know of 6 brides who got their dresses there, and every single one of them had a major misshap. For one, they ordered the completely wrong dress, for one the ordered the wrong color, for one the dress was literally falling apart at the seams, all the boning coming out, and it had to be completely re-sewn by an outside tailor at the bride's expense. Lori herself called up one of my friends who reported them to the BBB....to apologize and try to make good? NO....she literally yelled and cursed at her! Their dresses are overpriced, especially their bridesmaid dresses....you can find the exact same dresses elsewhere in the city for much cheaper. I do not recommend this store to anyone!
