This fitness center is in the Office Depot strip mall. It is small and very confining especially if the place has more than 10 people in it. Jack bell, the owner is very knowledgeable in fitness. Prices to join are comparable with other fitness centers in the area. They have no shower facilities and the ladies dressing room is one big room, no lockers. Exercise equipment is adequate. There is a circuit of Nautilus equipment but you may have to wait your turn if there are more than a few people in the center.

CONS: small, crowded with machines, cannot handle alot of people at once
