Braden Fellman sucks. The bitches up in the office are NO help. BF wants a 60 notice. What do they give you? A renewal letter a couple of days before your 60 day notice is due. They like to increase the rent by $100 a year!

I have lived at the Braden Fellman Group's East Ponce location for the past five months and have loved it here.
Pros: quiet neighbors, great management, great location
Cons: maintenance workers were unhelpful
In search of an apartment I left the Braden Fellman group multiple voicemails and even sent an e-mail or two and never once received a phone call back. There was no acknowledgement whatsoever. I couldn't help but thinking that if their service was so terrible when they should be trying to earn my business - i would hate to see how their management goes once i am tied to a contract and they have my business.
