Uptown Tap

I go to "the tap" to hear the live bands and love the layout of the place, both inside and out. Although the inside can be cramped, the integration of outside and inside allows the traffic to flow so that you can weave about nicely and get where you need to go (bathroom!).

I've seen bands performing on two different outdoor stages, which is great and keeps you from getting overheated, the sound out there is great, too. The indoor stage is good, too, although there is much less space to choose from, but there is no bad location to see the stage from, that's a bonus for all three stages.

You can easily walk here from any parking space in the downtown area.

The setting is great. Its walking distance from other places. Live bands and a comfortable setting. Its an enjoyable place and the music is usaully very good.

This is an excellent place to go on Saturday night! They feature live bands inside, and a DJ outside. No matter what preference of music you have, you can hear it hear. There is usually a line if you get there after 11pm, but it is worth the wait to get in. You will meet a wide variety of people, and maybe make some friends! The drinks are great, and the bartenders can make almost anything you can think of!

If your wondering where to go- go the the Tap. Always a good crowd here. And in thesummer the entire bar is outside rigth in the heart of Columbus. Pizza is right there also.
