Firestone Tire & Auto Ctr

Firestone had an add in the papers offering special purchase tires. I called to see if my size was available. The gentleman said they wew all gone and no more would be stocked. My question to you is,why would you post an add and then say you have no more times. I received the add today and called two of your stores. That is false advertising which means Firestone could be liable to be sued.
For your information my tire size is p235 70 r15. Would appreciate a response.

Great customer service and great people. I would recommend this shop to everyone, they are honest and fair.. Also they are open until 8pm and they will take cars until people stop coming, very helpful.

Firestone is a good place to get tires or get a repair, very quick and easy and prices are reasonable. Friendly customer service and they dont keep your car forever, usually done with in a few hours depending on how busy they are.

This place can wonders to your car. I had to get my tires replaced and my oil changed and this was the best place to do it. They replaced my tires for a really low price and changed my oil for almost nothing either. They have some really nice people who work here and they make you feel comfortable while they fix your car. I stayed while they fixed it and they were nice and kept my good company.

I came in to Firestone when I had a bubble in one of my tires. I asked to have it replaced, but got a good deal on getting the other front tire as well (needed it anyway). The salesperson was very professional. However, it took about 2 hours to get the job done since there were several cars in front of me.

PROS: Professional, good price
CONS: Long wait
