I started Dahn Yoga because of a shoulder injury. After a couple of months of taking classes my shoulder feels much better. The pace of the classes is good so that everyone can feel comfortable in class. Some classes can be challenging, but not impossible.

I believe that I am a spiritual being. That spirit needs tending to in order to be whole, healthy, happy and productive. The training at Dahn Yoga Roswell is helping not only tend to my spirit but body, mind and soul as well. For me yoga is a way to find my true self and take action that helps me and the world in which I live. The staff is always encouraging and supportive. They believe whole heartedly in what they share with the members. To be at peace is priceless

I have been a member for 5 years. This particular yoga exercise feels so refreshing and it helps me keep my life and emotions in balance and it certainly keeps me healthy. Real preventive medicine. I carry my good feeling back to my home. The teachers give individual attention and personal time after class as needed. Has been a great support.

Training for a half marathon and as an obsessive pre-run stretcher, i thought i was healthy. maybe externally. i had no idea i was so tight... inside. i'm in the gym 3 times a week, i have a trainer once a week, and run in the mornings- i never intended to do yoga more than twice a week. BUT I get here everyday these days. My workouts are so different now. I can really feel my breath, i can focus on what i'm doing, i'm stronger. i feel lighter- brighter. Thank You, Dahn Yoga!

I walked in expecting the usual yoga routine, but I was pleasantly surprised to be wrong! The class was joyful and fun, lighthearted, and at the same time so deep and peaceful. It was tough at times, but very easy and fluid at others. A good balance between a physical workout and a fun release of stress. The instructor came around to assist each person with the postures and made veryone feel welcome. There were a lot of different memberships available, ranging from 10 classes to a year.

I'm more used to traditional Indian style yogas, so when I went to the free class at Dahn Yoga, it was very different to me. But by the end of class, I felt I had a lot of energy. They do deep stretching but no inversions. They also incorporate a lot of core strength building which fits well into my fitness routine. The Tai-chi class is the best.

This place is great. I feel so good after every class. I've tried other yoga and martial arts but these particular exercises are very powerful. I would probably describe this yoga as a healing type of yoga and very focused on energy of your body. They also teach taichi. You get alot of mind/body connection and I believe they have improved their managment over the past couple of years. Whatever your goal is, you should definetly give them a try. Its worth it.

This is a great place to get in shape and relax, especially if you're into alternative exercise routines. You'll find out where most of the energy in your body lies, and even how to manage common ailments like back pain and asthma. Classes are expensive, but it can be worth it.
