Shopping Nightmare! Over priced and disorganized merchandise, horrible customer service and rude employees! Shopping for a $200 pair of boots for my daughter was a nightmare. Store associate was not helpful, we had to go find her (litterly go hunt between the aisles for her) and ask her about each boot we found, to see if they had the correct size. Very unorganized displays of merchandise. Associate asked us if we were going to buy there of if we were just looking and would then go buy off the internet? I assured her that if we found a pair of boots we would buy right on the spot, that it was a birthday present for my daughter. She explained that she worked on commission.. apparently our shoping was about her.. not us the custome, and indicated that she would not have helped us if we were not going to buy right then. This employee was more interested in chatting with her coworkers and doing inventory than helping us find a pair of boots. When we were leaving, after trying on maybe 5 pairs of boots, the sales clerk stopped my daughter and told her that she would have to put back the two remaing pairs of boots before we left. Please know that the reason that we did not buy a pair was because the store did not have the correct size and we were wanting to order the correct size. Number one, when does a sales person stop someone and tell them to put away merchandise and second, we could never have found where to put back the boxes in the total disary. Note we have found the exact same pair of Tony Lama boots on internet for 135.00

This company really knows what they are doing. Your shoes look brand new. The atmosphere is very nice. The people are very nice and good at what they do. They make you feel welcome in their store. Their prices are very low.

PROS: Prices are low and shoes are fixed right
CONS: Not a very big store
