.

I went to look at the apartments, because I was interested in renting a unit. The leasing agent, Aneshia, told me that one was not available, but I could view her mother'sapartment. She also told me that as soon as I make a deposit, the maintenance workers would get started on my unit. She told me that I would be able to move in on the 9th of Feb. Then she pushed it back to the twelf. The lease was signed on the thirteenth, but I was unable to move into the apartment until Monday the 15th, after 5 so the carpet would be dry. The carpet was not dry on monday. The unit's front door frame was craked and air was seeping into the unit. The tle in the kitchen is missing and molded. Th laudry area has a huge open hole in the wall. The doors are missing to the lundry room. The light does not work in the kitchen (I put in a brand new lightlbulb), The floor is warped in the dining room. Again, the carpet was wet this past wednesday. The electrical oom has a door, but it doesn't close fully. (I have a seven year old, and I know that is NOT that safe). The cabinets in the kitchen are in no condition to store any type of food. The cabinets in the bathrooms are rotted. Te upstairs bathroom has mold on the cabinets and the floor between the toilet and the bathtub. Aneshia claimed that she had dyed the carpet upstairs but there are red marks on the floor, as well as someone had tracked white paint on the brown carpet. There is No shower rail in the bathroom. One closet in the bedroom is missind a door. One door to the bedroom has damage to it. One of the windows in the bedroom is broken. The patio also has debris scattered about it. I am NOTat all pleased with this apartment complex. I iscussed with the leasing agent on Monday that I did not want to move into this apartment de to ts decrepid state, Aneshia told me that I wold have to pay two months rent and I would be released from my lease. I don't feel thet I should have to pay two additional months rent along with the rent already pid plus a deposit, for an apartment I have not even lived in.

Pros: The price

Cons: Bad area. Decrepid state. Broken front door. Mold everywhere
