My husband went to see Dr. Griffin to check two spots on his face. She was very abrupt, and spent almost no time explaining anything to my husband. He was very upset when he came out of the office, feeling like he'd just been through a manufacturing process rather than through a human process! I'm sure that Dr. Griffin sees a LOT of the same thing over and over, but she needs to remember that for many patients, it's a first-time experience. Be patient and kind! Did I mention that even though my insurance provider cut a check to Dr. Griffin for the full amount due (and that check was cashed), I *erroneously* received a bill with the following hand-written message signed by Dr. Griffin: "Bill will be sent to collections agency in 30 days." I guess they don't teach professionalism where she went to medical school??
