I love T Mobile, I have been with them for over 3 years now and the service just keeps getting better. They have a great family plan that is awesome. Plans are pretty inexpensive compared to other wireless companies I have seen. I am very pleased with this cellular provider and do not thing i will ever change from them. The staff is great and you can find t mobile everywhere!
A few months ago I purchased the Sidekick II, one of T-Mobile's more popular phones. Naturally, accessories were hard to come by. The Cumberland T-Mobile, like the other three Atlanta-area retailers, had NOTHING. They had been sold out for a week.
Luckily for me, T-Mobile is naturally customer-oriented. Cumberland's T-Mobile called almost six different stores outside the perimeter to find me exactly what I was looking for. If every phone retailer was like the Cumberland T-Mobile, we'd never complain about service for lack of contempt toward the people who sold us the phone.
PROS: Great service
CONS: Long lines for the great service
They provide one of the best customer service in Atlanta, and have the best phone planes in the nation. they will help you find the phone that is just right for you and have it activated and ready for you in 30 mins.
