I've been a loyal Ray's customer for over a year now, and order a large pepperoni practically every Friday. Today is the second time they delivered the wrong pizza, and also the second time they did not offer a discount or anything because of their error. Don't get me wrong, the pizza is delicious, but after talking to a painfully rude and apathetic manager today, this is the last time they'll receive my business. They apparently aren't concerned with keeping customers anyway.

Follow-up: After boycotting Ray's for 3 months, I broke down and ordered twice without incident as we had guests request it. The third time I ordered 3 weeks later, I was told that per the manager, because I voiced unhappiness with their service in April, they no longer delivered to my address. Are you serious?! Because I complained about poor service, they won't deliver even though they recently did TWICE. Go back to business school Mr. Ray, epic fail.

You know what they say, if you love New York pizza, take I-95 (or 85) NORTH. Joking.

I was pleasantly surprised. I only eat whole wheat pizzas. Ray's was really good. I don't know how "New York" this is, whatever "New York" is, but it was good.

They also had the pizza by the slice options (even for whole wheat) in the evening. Lot of places only do pizza slices at lunch.
The staff was very friendly and nice.

Ray's pizza is authentic new york pizza. It is reasonably priced and the portions are large. There pizza is thin crust pizza and it is absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is homey and they have trivia on some nights. Definitely a family friendly place.

I went here because I invited some friends over to hang out. I didn't feel like ordering so I went around the corner and came here to get some pizza. Talk about making me feel like I'm in New York! The pizza was GREAT and I made Ray's my favorite spot to chill.

The pizza here is incredible. Everybody always talks about how good the pizza is in new York but I've never had a good slice on any of my trips. Rays definitley takes the cake for best in Atlanta in my book.

Great meat balls, good pasta meals. Manacotti is great. Garlic knots are awesome. Staff is friendly and fun people. Nice patio to sit out on in newly renovated plaza in Sandy Springs.

The Roswell Road area is lucky to have a Ray's. The various Ray's are independently operated and so each one has its own unique personality and food. The pizza here is delicious and rivals anything in New York. Go!!

This dump should remove the word "pizza" from their name. "New York" too for that matter, unless it's followed by "landfill." The pizza was soggy, the crust was vile, and the toppings came out of a can. On the bright side, I did blot up enough oil from our medium pie to fill-up my car's crankcase at its next service interval.

I will never go back, unless it's to serve the owner with a legal suit for my permanently damaged stomach and intestinal lining.

Pros: nada

Cons: disgusting

The title says it all. Decent beer selection, pizza is really thin, but they certainly don't skimp on the toppings. This isn't the best pizza you'll ever have, but it's good for a quick bite and much better than many of the pizza chains.
