Pep Boys

I think Pep Boys are good. They have done numerous free checks for me, re-charged a dead battery for free, checked tire pressures, have always been reasonable and helpful. I don't understand the poor reviews, could be management changes. Check dates for most recent reviews. I RECOMMEND.

Chances are if you're going to PEP Boys then you know you're going to find what you're looking for. All of their locations are pretty much the same, but the people are different. I can proudly say that I know some of these guys personally and they are good guys that will steer you in the right direction every time.

I went to PEP Boys just to have my brake and turn light replaced, it took them 2 hours. Not only that they told me it was 2 bulbs they need to replace when it was only 1 and they charged me $25. I questioned them and they lied. When my other brake light went out
I went to Advance and asked them about it. I got 2 light bulbs for less than $5 and the person put it in for me free and told me 1 bulb serves as brake light and a turn light. Pep Boys was very dishonest

when to store to get a second opinion on brakes. and they did a free brake check . not only did they repair my brakes but they were honest and very helpful. i would recomend pepboys to all.

This store is over priced. They took an entire day to install 4 new tires after we were given a 2 hour turn around. They did not care at all that we were inconvienenced. I would not recommend this company.

I have never returned happy from this store. they dont what they are doing. no product knowledge. no nothing. I wish they would learn some thing from there competetors.
