agree with above poster that the little five coop is great without optional memberships prices are betters, parking great and they stay open until 10pm

Eden is considerably more expensive than all of t
he alternatives even when items are on sale by as much as 30%. Hours are terrible. They do have a huge selection of gluten free items but who can afford to be gouged. Glad to see kroger stepping up their selection

I was amazed to find their great selection of gluten free items. It is well stocked and the staff goes beyond the call of duty to find a product or refer you to where it can be found. It is very clean and great place if you have a partcular vegan item or raw item. Their produce is all organic also and they support local farmers and have local gallon milk. I find it better than their competition at five points as you can park and you do not need a membership. I would highly recommned this store as an alternative to Whole Foods as their prices are better and a more accomodating and friendlier staff. It was difficult to find but look for the Tara theater and wow you found your next best Health food store.

This store is now under new ownership and seems ready for business. They have organic and bulk items, are very helpful including knowledgeable staff and have decent prices that compare to larger stores and chains.

This little health food alternative near the Tara Theater, at Cheshire Bridge/LaVista, just keeps getting better each year. Organic vegetables, vitamins, fresh juices, and a small take-out/cafe. Recently Kosher Sushi Rolls and Japanese Wraps, are made daily with organic ingredients. They also sell the ingredients for consumers to take home and make their own Sushi. The owner tells me, the Kosher Sushi will soon be available at several Kroger and Publix locations. This place has been a favorite of mine for years, especially being middle aged, and trying to repair all that bad food, I've put in my body for years.

Pros: Healthy Organic Vegetables/Fruits! Kosher Sushi!

Cons: Pricy, But What Goes Into Your Body, That Counts!

I stopped by for lunch after hearing a friend and her mother rave about the sushi. It's vegetarian which is a nice break from the usual fare. The sushi is beautiful and plentiful. And really cheap since all the ingredients are organic. Skip the cooler and order it fresh from the sushi chef (who's actually really cute, LOL). Overall, not a great eating atmosphere (it's like Trader Joe's or Whole Foods) but if you're going for take out, then definitely, definitely check it out.

The "other" healthy alternative grocery store deserves another look. Prices are fair and the selection far outshines mainstream rivals like Whole Foods. Lots of changes in the last year have led to some confusion on the floor, but the staff is knowledgable and always ready to help. Produce is worth the trip alone.

Pros: Reasonable prices for "health food" and organic

Cons: Wait to see if upgrades are real improvements

Been shopping here for years. The people are the nicest and very helpful. People know their stuff here

This is a nice clean store. Good variety of healthy merchandise including teas, supplements, organic foods, and more. Prices are competitive with other stores that sell similar merchandise in the Atlanta area. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. If the employee consulted doesn't know the answer to your question they will try and find someone else who does. The store does have a website at http://www.return2eden.com/

PROS: Employees, including management, are quick to help.
CONS: Didn't have Yogi Stomache Ease tea.

Return to Eden is a large grocery store dedicated to healthy foods. When my daughter became a Vegan this became one of the few shops she now trusts. The selection is great and the store has a touch screen kiosk where you can find dietary help and answers to many nutritional questions.
