I just bought my first lap top from Best Buy. I am so glad i went there because i had a lot of questions i did not know what kind of computer was the best or what i even really wanted. The associates there where able to answer all my questions and get me a great deal on an affordable lap top. Best Buy has everything there I need! Great store!

Best Buy is the best place to purchase electronics. They have everything you could want and a very knowledable staff that are ready to help and they really know a lot ! They have a great selection of computers to CDs to cell phones to well pretty much everything. Easy parking available.

Located near Perimeter Mall, this Best Buy far outshines the two other Best Buys I went to. What separates it was the
Home Theater purchase and the help I received setting it up.
While I usually shop at the Cobb Parkway location, the Hammond Drive Best Buy has one of the most knowledgeable staff around. They helped me pick the best system for my budget and also helped me get set up with the specifics like the appropriate speakerwire, the cables I needed and most importantly, the cables I didn't need. The staff even helped me avoid a $40 investment in Monster Cables I didn't need.
PROS: Honest staff who love the stuff they sell
CONS: Still a Best Buy, and cavernous with aisles in which you get lost easily

"Best Buy"..."Worst After-service"

I just got a new dryer and it wasn't working. So when I asked for service, first they took way too long to come and check it out and when they saw what was wrong with it , they put in the order for the "parts"and then tell me that they don't have clue when the parts will come in.....so when I asked "are you trying to tell me that it will be another 2-3 weeks...?" they told me "they can't say". Ok, so when I asked for a replacement...do you know what the "supervisor's" replay was? "If you bring it in to the store..." And I said " I'm a120lbs single mom, how do you want me to load a dryer that 2 large delivery MEN had to bring to my house, into the store?" and he replied "that's all I can tell you,if you bring it in, you can get a replacement" Yes! They can deliver AND take away old products from your house but they can't take away a brand new machine that they sold to you that doesn't work. So if you buy something that doesn't work from best buy, make sure YOU REALLY DIDN"T NEED IT because you will just have to wait until the parts are available which, by the way they have NO CLUE when it will arrive....
Pros: good price
Cons: the worst after service
