We have recently completed our second enclosure with this company. When we purchased our first enlcosure we did a fairly small one. We were not sure how much we would really use it. We ended up using the sunroom all the time. We had intially bought it for our son's playroom, however it ended up being our main living room in our house. We ended up putting our house on the market and it sold quick. Our sunroom actually helped the sale of our home and increased the price of our house. My husband promised me that we would put another sunroom on our second house. We were not in our new house but for 2 months and contracted DC to build another sunroom. We actually purchased a little larger one this time since we used this room so much. We love this company,and recommend it to everyone. The whole process was great from start to finish. They even helped me get our permit and consult in decorating ideas. My brother actually bought a screen enclosure from them as well. He has nothing but good things to say about the company. We love this company!!!!

We had a sunroon and deck built spring of 2008. Although it looks lovely from the outside at closer look you notice many details that are lacking. The finishing touches are always important.

My biggest concern was that there were many leaks in the sunroom which they had to come out at least 4 to 5 times to fix.

The legs on the deck bench were not stained, covered or fisnished in anyway. Apparently the boss thought this was ok and looked completed. To all our visitors they asked when the deck would be completed. When the supervior came to inspect the benech she promised that it would be stained and covered. However, only part of this promise was completed.

There were two small screws sticking out of the fram work which could easily be a dangerous siutuaion for my young children.

At first (when they were bidding) they seemed like a wonderful family owned company who showed integredity and honesty. The owner quickly took a turn for the worse when I pointed out the flaws in the construction. When you pay a high price for something you expect qualtiy- which is not what we got.
Overall, I felt very unsettled with the quality of work and customer service (by the owner) of this company.

My Sunroom was completed in March and I am so thrilled with this project. DC Enclosures was great from the beginning to the end. I chose them because I liked the salesperson, she was not pushy and helped design our enclosure like we wanted not what was the easiest. She presented us with a professional written proposal that had a well written description of my project.. They were able to give us a turn key job including a drawing for our Homeowners Assocoiation which can be a bear to work with, however they were able to take care of everything and got our approval in a few days. The installers showed up when they said and were not subcontractors, greg and colby were very polite and clean up everyday. they were true craftsmen. Our Project Manager stayed in touch everyday through the project . Every contact we had with the office was a delight, they all sound the same but were all helpful. My project was complete within a few weeks and I would recommend this company to anyone! It is my favorite place in the house!

I have worked for DC Enclosures for 10 years and I think that it is a great place to work! They treat all of there employees like family. While I was in college they were very understanding and worked with my school schedule. They care about there employees we are not just another employee to them.
