Buckhead Movers & Storage

I think they found these movers in the food line. And while I commend them for hirering people in need. I'd prefer my stuff not go missing. Use someone else.

We used Buckhead movers for a local move back in August of 2006. They were great and we were very happy with their service. So happy in fact, that we used them again for our move out of state. I don't know if they contract people or not, but the move was nothing like the first time around. We purchased the full insurance and found many of our items broken upon arrival. When we tried to file a claim, we were told that any items in the boxes were not covered b/c we packed. Even still, some of the boxes were smashed in and we sent pictures of them to Buckhead movers. That was almost 3 months ago and we never heard from them. They also broke a TV, and said that it was b/c it was old. They never replaced it. When we called to speak with someone at the corporate office to complain, the person we spoke with had already heard the story from the mover himself, and was very hostile, even yelled at me. The move did not go well, and the worst part is when we tried to call them about it, they did nothing. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Not after the lack of customer service we received. We are now left with a broken TV, several broken smaller items, and even though we purchased their "insurance" for over $300, we got nothing.

We hired Buckhead Movers to move from Alpharetta to Suwanee a few years ago. Three guys showed up right on time and ready to work. They quickly packed up our furniture and boxes and then made a stop at a storage unit to pick up more furniture. Once at our new home, everything moved smoothly. The guys were respectful and hard working.

buckhead movers are very professional with what they do. very punctual and honest. you can trust your things with them. buckhead movers was recommended to me by friends at work. most of them also moved and they had buckhead movers come by to move thier stuffs. so i will also recommend them because they are great.

A client of mine was moving the contents of his house in Atlanta and needed a local moving company to move his things to storage. They arrived right on time, took care to cover his furniture to protect it and moved it to storage quickly. It took them about 3 hrs to move a 2 bedroom 1200 square foot house. The men were very respectful and did their jobs well. I was impressed.
