Service crews were kind, responsive, knowledgeable. After attempting to sell me a second key at full cost in violation of the pre-certification, Stone Mountain Volkswagen assured me I would be sent a working key free of charge. A week later I received a non-programmed key that I was charged over $100 to program. I contacted VW of America and was told that I would be reimbursed. Weeks later, I have been assured by several Volkswagen representatives that a check has already been cut several times and given various explanations for why, weeks after I was initially contacted, I have not received any check.
I would never do business with such an unprofessional, shortsighted organization again.

Needed oil change and car looked over for needed repairs. Everything was efficient and smooth.

Rose was very helpful and service was great. We still have a couple more times to come fix other parts but it was a courteous visit. We were very appreciative of the loaner car since we would have had difficulties going to and from work.

I went out to my car and found the battery had died. I called the service center and inquired if they had any time to see me. (It was Saturday just before lunchtime.) I was told that they were pretty busy but to come in and they would take care of me. The service center replaced my dead battery and got me back on the road in no time. Everyone was very nice and very helpful.

My front passenger side wheel area was making a loud scratching noise when driving. So I assumed it meant it was time to replace my breaks. Greg the Service Rep performed a diagnostic and informed me it was time for new breaks. Since the dealership did not have my brakes/rotor in stock, he did not charge me the diagnostic fee. He ordered the parts and it arrived the next day. The service was done on my car, and my car was washed. Definitely appreciate the high customer service Stone Mountain VW offers.

Great!! I purchased a faulty vehicle and the dealership did not hesitate to replace the vehicle without any push back!!
