The Aveda store at the Mall at Stonecrest provides excellent customer service!

Upon entering the store, you are welcomed with a cup of their signature hot tea and a warm smile. You may be offered a complimentary hand treatment or make up application, but you will never be ignored or treated rudely.

For example, the mall recently held a promotion where you could get a mall gift certificate if you purchased x amount of products. The employee at the store called me a few days later to follow up... she wanted to make sure that I didn't have any trouble getting my gift certificate. She also wanted to let me know that their holiday gift sets had arrived, since I'd asked about them. This is the type of service that I'd expect from a high-end establishment, not my local mall store.

I'd highly recommend this location for any of your Aveda needs...and if you've never tried an Aveda product, stop by and see what they offer.
