Tucker Towing

For some reason, this company has decided to tow a registered, insured vehicle with a parking sticker from my apartment complex without my consent. I attempted to reach a representative (after noticing a "tow notice" on the vehicle earlier in the week) and leaving a polite message re-iterating the fact that the car was registered, insured, and had a parking sticker from my apartment complex.

I just found out the vehicle was towed from Cobb county to this place regardless of these facts. When I called at 5 pm, I was asked to call back in 20 minutes so that the person answering could check in with the driver. Called back in 20, and they confirmed the car had been towed. When asked why the car was towed, or what I would need to do to get my car back I was told I would need to call back in the morning. He was "just an answering service".

If this is how you like to do business, I would highly recommend Tucker. *end sarcasm*

These people are totally rude and simple minded. They send a certified letter to us about a car that our son traded in for another car in 2000. My husband had co-signed for our college-aged son. Somehow my husband's name was still on the registration in Dekalb County. They checked and found that it was registered to an Alabama resident but refused to send me documentation that the matter had been resolved (after a threatening letter was received CERTIFIED). The first person I spoke to (male) told me that "if you'll be quiet you might learn something." How rude is that. THEY sent the letter, THEY couldn't find the information we asked for (until we got a rather overwhelmed young lady). She refused to write us a letter saying the matter had been fixed. SIMPLE-MINDED AND TOTALLY RUDE.

All I have to say is you all have nothing better to do than to drive around and take peoples cars!!!! You should be shut down! RUDE!RUDE!RUDE! All you do is ride around a look for something to tow!!! Get a life!

My car was towed from my apartments not once, but twice for an expired tag, which I cannot get renewed until I can afford to get it fixed so it will pass emissions. This is not a hunk of junk, so it's not because it's an eye sore. It was less than two weeks after I paid 250 to get it out that they towed it again, when I just need the time to save a little money to get the work done!!! They are rude, they are extremely callous, and I really believe their main goal is to get you to give up so they can just keep and sell your vehicle. Beware....

I was in this company's office to pick up my car and was amazed at the level of stupidity of some of the people who were there to pick up a car. One group could not seem to grasp the fact that you must have a valid, government issued, identification Even after being told about 30 times they still could not seem to grasp this basic concept. When it was my turn everything went very smoothly. All you need is the required documents, identification and you will be on our way in no time. Everything went off without a hitch!! It seemed like most people who had a problem came in with an attitude already and wer looking for trouble. So I ask again, How do these people at Tucker Towing put up with such ineptitude from so many people?? I couldn't do it! Take responsibility for yourselves people!! I mean,really!!

so whats up my friends....yall are idiots for thinking this place has terrible service
i bought my car for a low 15 cents! and they brought it to me in a harrier jet and dropped it off at my front door so ya thats probably the best service ive ever gotten.... next time someone drops a car off at ur front door with a harrier jet let me know then write a crappy review.

My car had broken down on I-85 and i had it hauled to my local shop. Not only was the worker nasty in looks but also nasty in attitude. On top of that they showed no respect for my car and left about 4 large deep scratches on it, also they somehow dented the left front fender. The driver said it wasn't him and that his company couldn't be held responsible. After calling their office and trying to talk to a Manager for about 3 days with no avail. I gave up. Don't use them, you will regret it.

This company literally stole my car from a parking lot were it had been alone for less than 3 hours, claiming that it was abandoned. Then demanded that i pay $200 to get it back. This is day 2 and i still can't get anyone to return my phone calls and still have no car.

On July 13th, they towed my son's car from his apartment while he was on vacation, without notice. They would not release the car to my other son, even with a letter authorizing the release, stating the tag was expired. They will not return calls, and when presented with documentation verifying that his tag was renewed, they still have not responded as of July 17th.

I used Tucker Towing on a rainy day and they were there relatively quick for a busy friday evening. The guy who towed my truck was very helpful and friendly. Will definately use them again!
