Very nice experience at this hotel. The staff remembered me by name and requests were fulfilled quickly. Beautiful lobby, nice pool, child-friendly. The continental breakfast was un-impressive, but only because it was like every other continental breakfast in the world. Would stay again.

This Sheraton does not allow animals, except for service dog. When I attend dog shows in Atlanta, they always accept me and my pups! Why your wondering? They couldn't believe how large (biggest was a borzoi, smalles a belgian sheepdog) behaveds. Plus they said "they add elegance" to their hotel when walking through and going up the glass elevators. :)
One thing for sure they care about their customers. I am a diabetic and had extremely low blood sugars about 1 a.m. The restaurant was closed, but they opened it up to bring food upstairs to my room and never charged me for the service or food!
This Sheraton has class, fabulous service and I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone traveling in and out of Atlanta airport because it's very close.
