I took my 4wd truck here after noticing some slippage when I drove. They had the truck for a week or so and replaced the transmission for around $2400. It seemed to work fine until I realized that it would no longer go into 4wd mode. Keep

My wife took our car there after being told by a different shop that it needed a $2300 transmission rebuild. After looking at it the manager, Miles, explained what the problem really was and would cost under $300! They fixed it and it has been running great ever since. Thanks for being so honest and knowledgable!!! We will be bringing all our vehicles here from now on.

Horrible experience. The owner Shawn is a liar and a thief. He tried to get me to sign a receipt without a warranty twice. Probably because the work was horrible. I had to have it fixed at another mechanic. I was told the work was done when it hadn't even been started. Parts were removed that were completely unrelated. Luckily I knew this and made them put them back in. Took over a month for a one day job. My estimate increased by 100%. This is a horrible shop. They are unprofessional and dishonest. Please stay away.

The guys at Aamco were so helpful. I took my car in for the external diagnostic because I wanted to check if there was damage from another mechanic's work. The entire thing was free and they really cared about giving me an accurate report even though they weren't going to be the ones to fix it. If I ever have any trouble again or know anyone who does, I will definitely look to them.

Aamco Transmissions really do good jobs on repairing transmissions. They do all kinds of automobile repairs. They fixed my transmission before and its been 4 years now and my car is still running. They are very professional on what they do, they know what they are doing and their prices are reasonable i think! it's worth having them fix your car.

Aamco is a name I'd trust. Our '96 Town & Country had broken down, and we were faced with rebuilding or replacing our transmission altogether.

Something was wrong with our planetary gear, a part I had never heard of before. I spent no more than 10 minutes talking to Aamco on the phone when they told me it would make more sense just to go back to the dealership. They could have told me otherwise and could have also attempted to undercut the dealership, but they were concerned for the mileage I'd get for my money. I estimate that Aamco saved me in the neighborhood of $2,000 by sending me back to the dealership, and I'm still grateful.

PROS: First-class service
CONS: I couldn't return the favor
