Finders Keepers is the ultimate spot for finding beautiful and unique clothing, shoes, and jewelry! My friends can not believe that I have found such treasures at a consignment shop! Finders Keepers is definitely a best kept secret!

Finder's Keepers is a little gem in Decatur!

by Kadeidra H.

I am from out of town (NJ) and my cousin introduced me to FK Consignment shop and I loved it. I felt as though the two ladies in the store at the time were very nice, professional, & took the time to show me the items that were of interest to me and answered my questions. The items thT I were interested in were good deals, authentic and great bargins. Just as my cousin did I would definitely recommend this store to others and the tips that I would give is to go into the store with an open mind because another persons junk could be your treasure!

customer service?

by Anonymous

Although I understand a store is a business and needs to make a profit, I felt unwelcomed because I was looking and not trying on and buying. Some beautiful things, but priced too high for consignment. Filene's Basement, Ross, and TJ Maxx price as well or better on high-end stuff, but they allow returns. I would have put up with the snooty staff had the prices been great, but poor service plus poor prices give this a one star.

Great addition to the Finders Keepers family!

by Michele R.

I've been shopping and consigning with this family owned business for many years, and probably purchase 90% of my wardrobe there. The Boutique on N. Decatur Road is brand new, and it took a little time to get the phone number out there (it's on the large banner in the front of the store). The return policy is prominently posted, and I've sometimes returned things within the three day limit with no problem at the store in Avondale. When I shopped during a recent sale at the Boutique, the manager asked me politely before completing the transaction if I was sure about my purchases, since the sale had a no-return policy.

The Boutique selection is great, and a fun variation from the Avondale fashion store. I've been able to purchase some things I could never have afforded to buy new. The staff (many of whom I knew from the other stores) are gracious and obliging. I always leave happy. Highly recommended.

Horrible to deal with

by Anonymous

First of all the boutique on N Decatur Road has no phone listing on the net or on their receipt. After getting someone on the phone they hung up on me. The return policy is sketchy. I purchased a "new with tags" (NWT) item from Nordstrom for $47 for a friend who didn't like it, so I am purely out of luck on it. The prices are much higher than a typical store, and honestly I have found much better deals on similar fashions/labels at Ross (where you can also return items).

The intake policy seems to be "the whim of the manager on duty." While I have seen Old Navy and Emma James labels in the store, I had clothing with these labels rejected when I brought them in for sale. The Old Navy item was a fabulous pair of black and white wool trousers. Also very expensive Ralph Lauren cords and other designer labels which were in great shape. Not sure what the problem was, but sort of a humiliating experience.

Having said that, if you shop carefully knowing that items are non-returnable (not stated in store), you may find a desiger bargain. There is a good selection of used shoes.
