House of Lu III is an extension of a successful chain of Chinese restaurants in the CC area. I love their sweet and sour chicken. Their sauce is better than other restaurants in the area. Service is pleasing and I have never had to wait longer than expected for delivery.

Just wrote a review on google, but.. short version is this: For delivery in the austell rd/powder springs area, this is probably the best place - though maybe not the best Chinese. Previous reviewer is right - the fried rice is the way to go. For whatever reason, their plain rice is waaay too sticky/glutenous, can't be eaten easily standalone. Will also cut back on the MSG levels if you request it.

Synopsis: Not the best chinese in the area, but definitely the best chinese *delivery* option in the area.

I've only actually eaten in the restaurant a few times but the phone number is programmed in my cell phone so I can place an order for pick up whenever I want. And the delivery is speedy so the food arrives hot.

I love their chicken wings and all of their fried rice options are great. Check them out.
