my chest freezer was broken into so I went to Davis to buy a used one after about a week the freezer stopped working and I had to throw away all my food because it was too late when I realized the freezer wasn't working. the repair man came two days later and took the freezer away after another 5 days they brought it back and said it was fixed. they only issue warranties for 3 months and do not give you an option to get a refund or a replacement appliance. for my money I could have put a down payment on a new one and done much better DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THEIR AD SHOULD SAY THEY HAVE BEEN SWINDLING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY FOR MORE THE 60 YEARS :-(

My bf bought a scooter from them this month and it is already giving him problems. While we were looking at getting the scooter we were quoted multiple prices when it came to the scooter and the labor to get it. My bf decided to get the scooter and assemble it himself because the rep said it would be easy. The scooter came with no assemble guide and the the maintenance guide was written in very poor English. They also told him that if needed help with the scooter then they would come look at it; what end up happening is that when he asked for help he got the run around and end up having to have a friend look at it. All in all I cannot say that I am very pleased with the experience I had with dealing with them.

To often we hear negative and nothing positive. I bought a washer and dryer from Davis, sense their fire. And they are doing a good job, and keeping their spirits up. I meet Mr Davis who is a very nice man. He first helped me find something in my price range and he made sure it got delivered the same day. Every one was nice and professional. The girls in the office also. I pray for yalls speeding come back .

I bought a refridgearator from there in July. It hasn't worked right since i bought it. It has ruined 100s of dollars worth of food. They have been out here 3 times and it still isn't working right. The last repair man out here said the compresser was gone and they would replace the whole thing but the "boss" sent another rapair man out and he said it was fixed. They had another fridge with them but didn't leave it because they said it was fixed. But its not. I only have 1 month warranty left.

for an appliance and stopped by the store on deans bridge road. the sales people on the floor to put it as nice as i can: they were condescending to say the least. not at all a pleasant experience. the appliances were at that time used and in poor looking condition. very crowded and not even middle of the road furniture. if you need something that will last a few months then this is the place for you.

This store is not a good store at all. I went there to find furniture for my office at work. The sales associates were very rude. No one offered to help me. I walked and asked for help and I was still treated as if my money was not good enough for their store. I left and did not return. I took my business elsewhere.

My husband and I brought a living room suit from them and wanted a dining room suit as well and the salesman quoted us a price and when I went back to get the set, he acted like he didn't tell us that, but I did get it for the price he told me after going to the manager.
