Pampered Puppy

Tara is the best. She grooms my dog Milo, plus my neighbors dog Myley & my best friend's dog Sasha & they all look GREAT each time. She is professional & friendly. I would recommend Pampered Puppy to all.

I took my baby Pookie there for a bath and play day! First let me tell you ,this little place is right in the heart of Old Town Conyers. It is the cuttiest little house. the place was clean,and smelled good . the groomers all greated me at the door,helping me in every way. when i came back , Pookie was having so mich fun she didnt want to leave.the cost was low and the people made you feel at home. i will be back>

I took my puppy to have her first grooming and was very disappointed! When I returned to pick her up she had been totally shaved! I did not recognize my own dog! She was also scared to death as she weighed around 5lbs and bigger dogs were running all around her! Will not be back!

I took my Poodle in for grooming and was scared to leave her. The groomer, Stacey, made Sasha look like a new dog, smelling so clean. Sasha was also playing with the other dogs when I went to pick her up, and she didn't want to leave! The prices are affordable and the shop looks and smells clean. I will definatley be going back.

Excellent, have been using Pampered Puppy for 6 years my puppy love it. Professional and careing. Request the same groom and that is whom I have been seeing everytime. My Puppy is not stressed out and looks forward to going.

We have a 10lb shitzu. We had him groomer twice by the same groomer at this business and everything was fine. From that point one, each time we went it was a new groomer. The cuts were bad and the last time, my puppy had razor burn. A nick from scissors on his belly and one on his ear. We will not be returning.

I have used Pampered Puppy many times as I have several dogs of various types that require grooming. I have always been happy that is until today. I called and made an appointment for my yorkie and asked that he be given a regular yorkie cut, not the summer cut. My son dropped him off today and again told the groomer he was in for a yorkie cut. When I picked him up he had been given a short summer cut. When I pointed this out to the groomer T. she began rude and told me that she gave the dog what had been asked. I told her about the request I had made when making the appointment and she continued to rant and be rude, as a customer I expected at least an apology for the misunderstanding but thing just deterierated. I regret that none of my ofter dogs will be returning for grooming. I caution all who have pets groomed at this shop to be very specific about what they want and if needed put in in writing. I will not recommend this shop further and will discuss with other dog owners where they can recommend we turn.

I was referred to the Pampered Puppy by two co-workers, Dana and Susan. The staff treated me and my dog, Sugar, as though we had been life long patrons. I was happy with the idea of Sugar getting to run around and interact with other dogs while at the groomer. The larger, chain operations took ALL DAY and my poor dog would be stuffed in a kennel for hours. But not at the Pampered Puppy. It was almost like going on a play date instead of the groomers. Sugar looked and smelled like a million bucks for less expense and I felt secure and at ease that my dog was happy and treated well.

The Pampered Puppy is a great place to take your dogs to be groomed... that take their time and do a great job. My groomer Dana Beach did a great job in grooming my dog.. I will tell all my friends and family who have dogs to request her to do their dog.. I give her an A+ on grooming.

A family run pet grooming shop. They demonstrate hometown values to their loyal customers. Pet owners can trust that these professionals will take the greatest care in servicing thier pet's needs.

PROS: Low cost
CONS: Sometimes slow to get your pet back.
