I never belonged to a gym so I was really nervous about going here. You know how you walk into some gyms and you feel bad about your self just by how they look at you. Here no one judges and everyone is so friendly and nice. Plus they have a free program that last for 6 months that help you get on a work out routine. It's awesome. They also have a great area for the kids, I have three boys from 10 yrs, 4 yrs, and 1 yr old and they all really like it and do well there. Plus if you are looking for sport or things for your kids they have so much to offer. Your not just paying for a gym your paying for a family center. So if your new to getting fit or your not this place is amazing.

The facility is amazing at the Y!! They have everything you could dream of finding in a gym! The chid care is top notch too. They have lots of group exercise classes incl. in the membership like, aerobics, kick boxing, cardio dance, etc. They have a pool and basket ball court.
My only complaint is that it IS a bit pricey for a family membership -- $75/month. That's a lot for two adults. If it were $65, I'd be happy!
