Dr. Creamer is the best! - Baytree Animal Hospital is
by Diane H.
This review is about Dr. Jeff Creamer. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Jeff Creamer. He truly cares for my cat and I wish I could find a physician for humans with his knowledge, skills, and kindness.

A Great Place
I actually worked for Baytree Animal Hospital, although i did not work for them for a long period of time i have to say it's a great place to be. Everyone from up front to the techs and the ones back in the kennels are in love with animals. We may have regular pets come in that the staff recognizes and loves on but i can assure you that no animal gets special treatment. Dr. Creamer does whatever he needs to make sure you and your pet are happy with your time there. He's a great doctor and a great person, I can assure you that no one cares about your or your pets experience here more than he does.

Not what it use to be
by Sandy P.
After over ten years of service from Bayside Animal, I'm currently looking for another vet. Dr Creamer, as always, is a doll, but I can't stand the condescending attitude of the staff there any longer. A few years ago, I would have never dreamed of saying that...all my friends thought it was funny how much I raved about my vet...but personnel has changed and not for the better. The last two visits were horrible. Things I had discussed with the vet were obviously not shared with the front office as they contradicted the decisions we made during the exam. I even had a vet tech challenge my decision not to give the Bordatella shot, again, after discussing it with the vet. It was like they were trying to bully or "shame" me, by insinuating that I was a bad owner, into having unnecessary procedures done. During another incident where I thought one of my dogs might be deathly ill but I didn't have the necessary funds until a week later; they turned me away despite almost twelve years of prompt payment. I eventually worked things out with a previous vet who, scheduled me in an appointment, would be willing to bill me, and had office staff on the phone giving me instructions on using OTC meds to help alleviate symptoms. I eventually came to understood Baytree's hard stance on billing (though it's hard to at first when a beloved family member's life potentially hangs in the balance), but they could have at least offered me comfort, regret, or even the feeling that they gave a damn which, the last time I checked, was free.
Dr. Creamer himself is still a great vet, so if you can stomach the mercenary attitude of this clinic then I still recommend it as one of the best in diagnostic and treatment, but I got spoiled during my two years away from Valdosta. Now I expect the best in treatment, service, respect, and compassion, so the search is on, and I won't be taking my dogs back..

The Best Animal Hospital in Valdosta
by Anonymous
Baytree Animal Hospital is a wonderful place. From the front office staff, to the techs and not to mention the Vets. They are so caring and loving towards all of my pets. Dr. Creamer and Dr. Knight have always been informative and helpful to me, even at midnight!!! I hope you love them as much as I do. Thanks for all your help!!!!

Wouldn't go anywhere else
by Nicole C.
I started using Baytree Animal Hospital about three years ago, when I moved to Valdosta. Never have a met a more compassionate group of people. From the ladies at the counter, the assistants working in the kennel and the Veterinarians, everyone has always treated my pets as if each were part of their family. Their assistance, education and patience with my severely disabled dog (Bailey) years ago will never be forgotten. Without the support and care from Baytree Animal Hospital, I certainly would have not been able to provide for a special-needs pet. I highly recommend their services.

Huge Disappointment!
by Anonymous
This clinic needs a HUGE lesson on customer service. They move people and their pets in and out like cattle in a hurry, and have rude and unfriendly front office staff. They prefer to separate pets and their owners when doing any kind of tests, even if you request to be with the pet as much as possible. Of course, certain procedures must be performed without the owner there, but simple requests from clients are ignored. Test results and findings are not explained to you, nor are future recommendations. It's like pulling teeth to have staff or veterinarians to call you back and no checks are accepted.
I was deeply disappointed at the drastic decline in service as well as common courtesy after 3 years of my loyalty as a client.
