I am getting married in September. In February, I took my three bridesmaids to David's Bridal in Duluth, GA to look for their dresses as well as mine. Their selection of wedding dresses wasn't that great, but they have decent prices and a few nice things. Same goes for the selection of bridesmaids dresses. I ended up buying my dress somewhere else, but my girls bought three bridesmaids dresses and one bought a pair of shoes, which she left there to be dyed the same color as her skirt. Please note, I did not buy anything - they do not have my money. A week later, I started receiving calls from David's Bridal trying to sell me a wedding dress, accessories, invitations, etc. - even after I told them I didnt need anything and to stop calling. Finally, a month or so goes by and my girls and I havent heard a thing about their orders. One of my girls called to check the status of her dress and shoes, but they tell her they wont talk to her they can only talk to the bride. Again note I didnt buy anything from them, yet they insist on talking to me. Weeks later, I got another phone call from Davids Bridal telling me my order was ready three dresses and a pair of shoes. I got off the phone and one of my girls told me she hadnt even ordered her dress yet. This meant that Davids Bridal lied to me. My girl then attempted to order her dress over the next week, but they were either too busy to take her order over the phone or they just wouldnt answer the phone at all. They also refused to return her phone messages. Ultimately, she had to make a special trip to the store to order it in person. More weeks go by and I got another call from Davids Bridal telling me that my order was ready three dresses and a pair of shoes. My girl went to pick up the dresses and shoes, but they told her that the shoes were taken home the day they were purchased. Again, this was a lie. We had a receipt showing that Davids Bridal held the shoes to dye them. The receipt also showed the wrong dye color. To make matters worse, one of the dresses was the wrong style. After my girls and I made numerous calls to both Davids Bridal in Duluth and the corporate offices, there was still no response. This company is completely unprofessional and completely incapable of being in this type of business. Upon reading other reviews of this company, I know I am not an exception. They treat others this way. I would NEVER recommend using them for your bridal needs. EVER.

Very unprofessional!!!
This is the worst store to go to when looking for bridal wear. The staff is very unorganized and I got a discount from corporate when they found out how they treated the bridal party. I had several staff members lie to me when the dress never arrived...that it was defective and sent back...that the backroom was so full they couldn't find it...I finally got a tracking # from corporate and I tracked the dress myself because I couldn't rely on the staff to tell me. The salespeople are like a bunch of people in training or something. No one knows what is going on and good luck getting your dresses. Just call coorperate and they will take care of you!!! Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

I went with my sis-in-law to this bridal shop a few times last year. She was choosing her wedding gown from the sales they were having. Managed to choose a few good ones. At a pretty good price too. From time to time they will have the $99 bridal gown sales. You can choose your bridesmaid gown from there too. They have a gown fitting specialist that can assist you in choosing the right one that suits your body shape and size. Can do the alteration for you too. Convenient. Some of the dresses really look simple yet elegant!
